Wanted a 14-50 plug for EV installed with Permits. Got a bunch of quotes on yelp. Quite a few contractors did not want to pull permits or lied about not needing them. I called Roseville permitting department and you definitely need permits for a Level 2 charger.

Ty quoted me with the permits and got the permits first. Didn't even ask for money up front.

I had a huge project with Ty involved for an addition and full remodel of existing structure in South Lake Tahoe. Ty was not just my electrician, he was a true problem solver and partner along the whole process. We hit multiple road blocks from Liberty, which took 4 MONTHS to resolve and give Ty the ability to finish the job as well as construction challenges with beams, drywall covering his well planned wirings and so much more.

He not only was flexible and able to accommodate and fix the issues that weren't even his doing, he also understood how hard these challenges were, and provided great solutions outside electrical problems.

I spoke with Ty and he requested a picture of the area to be lit. An estimate was sent back to me, and a date and time for the work to be done. Day of work. I have a 220v receptacle and needed to replace it with a Tesla charger. Contacted Ty and he was willing to drive down just to see and tell what was needed. He never asked me to go with him or anything like that. I was very impressed with his professionalism and straight forward approach.
