If I could give ILLECTRIC a 10-star review, I would! Not only is Joe honest and extremely professional, his work is top notch and his pricing is reasonable. We recently had him install an outlet in our downstairs storage closet/walk-in pantry to charge our cordless vacuum out of sight. We were so impressed with how quickly and cleanly that went that we hired him install an additional outlet behind our entertainment center and hide our tv cables in the wall for that floating, finished look. I can't wait to install our surround sound speakers to finalize our home entertainment setup. We also had him add an outdoor outlet just behind that wall to have power in the garden area for string lights (coming soon). I'm so happy with the finished product and will absolutely be using Joe at ILLECTRIC for all of our future electrical work.

I reached out for a residential job quote, more than 24 hours later no response AT ALL. That's fine, I'll take my money elsewhere, but it never ceases to amaze me how a business can ignore a potential customer. Even if someone is busy or not feeling well, just a response shows respect. Ignoring someone, that's really low and I don't want to spend my money where I am not respected anyway.
