My initial contact to find an electrician was through Yelp's message system. Among the half dozen replies I received, Ike's Electric was a standout for being thorough and helpful. The appointment was easy to book and the email confirmation and reminder messages reassured me that Ike's valued my business.

The day arrived several weeks later, and I let Isaias go to work. He expertly upgraded my light switch and in the process gave me an appreciation for why even a seemly simple job like converting a ceiling fixture to a dimmer can benefit from a skilled electrician. Friendly and thorough, from start to cleanup. He left the area clean and looking sharp.

Isaias was also happy to take a few extra minutes to discuss another, more involved project for my home and provide his estimate. I will be reporting back for a followup upon completion because I will be using Ike's again.

Obstacles Such as climbing 4 flights of stairs with a 12 foot ladder was not a problem for Cory to do to get our job of fixing lighting in our 15 foot ceilings done carefully and with a smile. The week after he finished this job our dishwasher outlet went out. Ike's gladly came out on very short notice and got that job done with a smile too. What a pleasure it is to work with Ike's! These guys absolutely rock. First, they were extremely responsive via email to my questions, having me take a couple of pics of the problem so they could be prepped for the visit. Ike showed up promptly for the appointment and -- within a few minutes -- defined the real problem I was having and helped me reconcile it. It only took a few minutes. Then, noticing that I had my doorbell chime out to be installed (it had been there for weeks), he politely asked if I wanted him to do that since it still fell under the one-hour visit minimum. He installed it, fixed an ADDITIONAL problem I had with my Ring doorbell, and then charged me only for the half hour. On top of this, he sent me an email later to check how things were going. SUPERB service and extremely thoughtful. There's a reason why their ratings are consistently five-star.
