Probably one of the worst decision I ever made was to use this company. Before the check cleared they were responsive, after semi-installation and payment they went dark. Never fully completing the job and the equipment still does not work properly. Called back from a different phone to get them to answer. Then was informed there would be an additional service charge to complete the work they never finished! STAY AWAY at all cost!!!

IHK Services is a Stay Away of company, terrible service. People, don't get fooled by attractive prices! After installation of A/C in my condo I am left with open permit for over 6 months, had to arrange inspection myself. The first inspection failed, they corrected the problem and again I have to make endless calls with no response to re-inspect. Nobody cares. The company is not reliable. If I catch somebody on the phone they say that they overwhelmed by work! Well, guess what, there is an intelligent solution to it - hire more people! Looks like IHK Services cares more about getting more clients like me and staffing their pockets with money than have satisfied customers...Now what: open permit, no response to my calls. Thank you IHK Services, you are really a good example how to serve people!

I have to say going with IHK for our new air conditioning was the best decision we've made in the four years we lived in this house. Today Mark and Paul installed a brand new name brand compressor, air handler and thermostat at my house, at a great price with short notice. They did a great job! Mark and Paul were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I'm ecstatic and finally cooled down. I highly recommend IHK Services. Thank you guys!

Recently I became interested in purchasing a security video monitoring system for my home and office so I stopped by a store of which I had stopped and looked around several years ago, it was called IHK (short for ""I Hate Keys)

Anyway this store I found had actually just moved not to long ago to another location about 4-5 miles away but was still located on Park Blvd. I drove to the new location and went inside. It was a work in progress but very nice. I spoke with some pleasant stout man and he offered me a free estimate, I took some literature and left.

The following day I called the company back about 10:00 am, they were obviously busy, they asked if they could call me back in less than a hour, I said sure no problem. Its 5:30pm and I still haven't received a return phone call, maybe they forgot, so I called them, they were still there, no I'm sorry from them for not calling me back, no big deal, right,I don't need an apology I just want a good security video system. So we set an appt for them to call me first thing in the morning when they arrived at the store(approx 8:30-9:00am), they would then proceed to my house and office for estimating my security video monitoring needs. 9:00am, 10:00am, 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:00;pm, 4:00pm, still no call, I cant believe it, so I called them again, this time I got voice mail, I explained who I was and everything I have just typed above, to this date I never received a return phone, what a way to run a business.If I ran my business like this I would have no business. Its ashame because all I wanted to do was give them my money.
Possible suggestions they could incorporate to there brand new location, maybe they could change what IHK stands for,( I Hate Kallbacks) or maybe better yet IHK (I Hate Kustomer).
FYI: I called Privacy Electronic in Pinellas Park 2 days later, they actually show up to the scheduled appt we had and sold me on two really nice digital (Snitch) video camera packages for my office and my home, thanks Privacy Electronics for offering a nice product at a reasonable price, and best of all just doing what you said you would!
