I had several window AC's that were wearing out so I shopped around to several companies for split units. RJ and his team provided quotes for several different combinations and were completely unflustered when I asked about mixing and matching to get ultimate energy efficiency with very different sized units. They are preferred installers for most major brands so that means the warranties are the maximum available to the homeowner for all of their installations. I ended up going with 6 units for our bedrooms and our main living/dining room, with one large Daikin unit and 5 small Panasonic units. I can cool the entire house or just a part. And energy expenses are essentially the same as our old window units which only cooled the bedrooms. Now going on 9 months, they remain an excellent upgrade to our home. I have had no issues with any of the units.

Our experience with the installation was really great. The team showed up when they were scheduled, they did the work effectively and professionally. They completely cleaned up after themselves and they did not disturb anything that they did not need to, and restored anything that they moved. I was very happy with the electrician and our long-time, usual electrician noted that the work was very well done.

I had obtained several other quotes and AJ's price was extremely competitive. I would highly recommend Igloo AC. I have no complaints whatsoever.

It's a pleasure for me to do this review for Igloo ac. I had their services 2 weeks ago at our house in Waipahu and they provided me with 6 split ac systems. I am please to say their work was first rate and they provided me with excellent ac system. I suggest if you're looking for an ac system do not hesitate to call RJ. Their work is second to none and the labor force was truly terrific.

I would give the RJ and the Igloo team 10 stars if I could. We needed a split system replaced and house is on a ridge so the installation was a challenge. After a lot of research including other on site visit/quotes we selected Igloo AC as the attention to detail was outstanding. Up front to confirm it was a challenging job and was very clear as to what it's going to take to get it done including all parts ,materials, and crew safety with no surprises . RJ personally walked me through the vendor choices and made a recommendation to fit the requirements where Igloo AC actually sold us the less expensive system as it was what we needed. Last but not least - on time, on budget, and a very professional team lead by Greg that was a pleasure to work with making sure they tested the system and cleaned everything up before they considered the job complete. The Igloo AC team is EXCELLENT and highly recommended.

Igloo AC did a great job!
I was very satisfied with Igloo and their on site estimate, installation and their on time crew. Very professional at all levels with descent communication. Great work and beyond with their Electrician Bernie who helped me with some information on a separate home issue that I greatly appreciated. There was some confusion on switching models and costs but overall Igloo AC did a great job. Good cleanup too.

Just had my unit installed. They did an incredible job and very clean work. RJ took the time to explain the differences in the split ACs that they sell and answered all my questions. Their electrician noticed that the wiring in my panel wasn't the best and rewired it so that I wouldn't be tripping the breakers. He took the time to explain to me the situation and did an awesome job (gotta like his Aussie accent). From initial contact, estimate, and install Igloo AC was awesome. Thanks guys!

Had 4 units installed back in February. Incredible job very clean and the lines are hidden below into the crawl space minimizing what is seen outside. Just had an issue with my bedroom units not cooling recently. Was a little worried calling RJ 10 months after the install to see if they could fix it. Forgot were under a 18 month warranty we get with his a/c installs. Amazing.

Within a week RJ got someone out here, fixed the issue, and made sure the units were back to 100%.

You see a bunch of installers install a/c and provide little to no after sale support. To see the fix and work come through and exceed expectations ? Amazing. AJ did a great job thoroughly reviewing the issue and making sure it was fixed. I will definitely recommend these folks.

RJ and his guys at Igloo AC are the best. Installed 4 Daikin units in all of my bedrooms. His guys are awesome and professional. They gave me a quote a few days after a video consultation and scheduled a installation date after I accepted the quote. They came on the day of installation and did great work and came back the next day to finish up. They are straight up with you about what you should install based on your AC needs and I feel they gave a fair price. Will definitely be referring them to friends and family and giving them a call again if I need any other AC units installed.

I hired Igloo AC to install 6 split AC units in my home. ArJay came to my home and spent a great deal of time with me explaining to me what AC's would be best for my home. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and he did not pressure me in any way to buy his products. I knew right away that I wanted to hire him. ArJay followed through with everything he told me he was going to do, worked around the schedules of other sub contractors that were working in the house and I couldn't be happier with my AC's. If you are considering buying air conditioning units for your home, I highly recommend Igloo AC. All the workers are kind and professional and the air conditioning units are so efficient and quiet and cool my house very effectively.

I contacted this business back in mid-Aug of this year to place at least 1, maybe 2 split units in our home. Had a virtual tour done on the 17th, was told they would email the plans and cost within 24-48 hours. It has now been 3 weeks. Tried to f/u a week later...haven't heard back from this company. Guess they don't care about customer or honoring their word.
