Extremely disappointed with service issues. I've called several times over the past 7 months to try to schedule a repair and service. Never received a return phone call. Finally scheduled a service with another company. The other company came out to perform the service. They opened up the unit, took a look inside and showed me the issues I had were actually an installation error. I called Igloo AC again (at least three more times) before finally speaking with the owner, RJ. He explained they needed to hire a new technician. He promised he would call me back to schedule the service as soon as they hired someone new. It's been 6 months...and no return phone call. Richard, the owners father is kind, thorough and did come out to repair the installation error. However, RJ the owner does not return phone calls. He always seems to have some sort of reason why they are unable to help in a timely manner, not enough technicians, busy, etc.
As a small business owner myself, I find this business unexceptional and am disappointed I chose them for the installation of our split acc's. Given the selection of AC companies on this island, keep searching!

I hired Igloo AC to install a Daikin mini split for me and I'm very pleased with their work.

They perform both the electrical and HVAC sides of installation, which is important as it reduces confusion between overlapping trades during construction (not uncommon in my experience.)

It's important to note that RJ (the owner of the company) was directly involved every step of the way. He was the person I interacted with when setting up the job (ie: exchanging emails, phone calls, and figuring out pricing.) Then, he was foreman on the job during the actual installation. And lastly, he performed the most critical portion of the job himself.

If you've ever hired a company for work of any kind in your life, you'll appreciate how much better this style of business is than the alternative, where you have to relay a bunch of different messages to different people for anything to get done.

It was clear that RJ cares about the quality of the work produced by his company.

Entire Igloo AC staff was trustworthy, professional, and courteous. Bernie, who was serving as the main electrician on my particular job, went out of his way on several occasions to be especially helpful and considerate; enough to warrant mentioning.

Overall, I highly recommend Igloo AC. My living room is now ice cold.

We called Igloo AC because we had 4 older model split AC's that stopped working, We called Igloo AC, and we couldn't be happier, they replaced our old units with nice brand new ones. RJ was great to deal with, very professional and super helpful. They came to our place the day after we called them, RJ personally came and inspected our old AC's he was highly knowledgeable, he explained everything to us and answered all of our questions.
The crew did a great job removing the old system and replacing it with the new AC's! The guys were super friendly, quick, and they did a great job leaving our place clean also!
They gave us a very good price. We are very happy with Igloo AC and we highly recommend them!

After an initial delay or miscommunication with Igloo at the start of the product , they came through with 5 star service and quality.
My project wasn't the easiest as they had to access the very hot and small attic for installation.
The product is quiet and efficient. To top it off, it looks great too!
I splurged to buy this higher quality product but it is worth the investment in comfort.

We needed 2 split air units in a very inconvenient space in our back bedrooms. Igloo did an amazing job in finding a way to install the Daikins that we have been very happy with. They did a fast and good job and were able to connect up to our solar panel power boxes. Because of the intense heat in our unventilated attic, we have had a problem with condensation. When we discovered it, Arjuna came out the same day I called in order to see what the issue was, and came the very next day to fix it. I was impressed with his responsiveness. We might add 2 more units in the future and we'll definitely use Igloo again. Highly recommended!

Igloo AC is without a shadow of a doubt the ABSOLUTE the very BEST. RJ and his staff live up to their expectations, our new split AC is exactly what there company name stands for ""IGLOO"" it is like livin in one. RJ and his crew goes way beyond customer's expectations, he will work with you on scheduling, and he makes sures that he leaves the customer COMPLETELY satisfied. RJ and David came to our place and installed 3 units. They both made sure the job is done right and professionally. We were very very pleased and impressed on how well they worked in getting the job done and being neat espicially when the ac unit is over our bed, RJ used a tarp to cover it so it wont get dirty . the whole family would agree on me with this: A++ service to you guys my friends. I know a little girl will be sleeping peacefully tonight like its its the cold winter season ^^ In fact, we are looking into installing a 4th unit in our home in the near future, I am glad my other half found them, we are definitely looking foward again to do business with RJ an his crew, because they are AWSOME. Would I recomend Igloo to family and friends! You BET i will! Thank You again RJ and the Igloo staff, we will see you guys again ^^

Igloo AC is a a first class air conditioning company. I will say they are not the cheapest one out there, but RJ who owns the company is always very responsive to our questions. They were the only ones able to accommodate our schedule full of contractors and our timeline. And then when we could not turn on one AC months after it was installed, RJ came out to look at it himself. We dealt with many contractors through our renovation of our house, and RJ was probably the most responsive one. He provided the best service.
