I hired Igloo AC to install 6 split AC units in my home. ArJay came to my home and spent a great deal of time with me explaining to me what AC's would be best for my home. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and he did not pressure me in any way to buy his products. I knew right away that I wanted to hire him. ArJay followed through with everything he told me he was going to do, worked around the schedules of other sub contractors that were working in the house and I couldn't be happier with my AC's. If you are considering buying air conditioning units for your home, I highly recommend Igloo AC. All the workers are kind and professional and the air conditioning units are so efficient and quiet and cool my house very effectively.

I contacted this business back in mid-Aug of this year to place at least 1, maybe 2 split units in our home. Had a virtual tour done on the 17th, was told they would email the plans and cost within 24-48 hours. It has now been 3 weeks. Tried to f/u a week later...haven't heard back from this company. Guess they don't care about customer or honoring their word.

We called Igloo as 1 of 3 for an estimate. They responded immediately & did a thorough observation virtually. No sales pitch. Moo No strangers coming in to view our home. Their offer was the most reasonable. Much better than their competitors. They thoroughly & immediately answered questions we had so we set a date for installation for about a week later. No long ""wait list"" their competitors had. They arrived on the date we chose and the time we requested. Every installer arrived with a mask on and shoes off at the door. They double checked on the best place in our home to install the two units and condenser. Their knowledge about such was invaluable. They even assisted us in recording rather hard to find serial numbers and we appreciated their extra time and expertise. We will definitely have them return when we are ready to install Another unit. Watch for their Fujitsu ad on TV.

i love my fujitsu!!!! rj and the guys were professional and nice. they installed my two fujitsu units no problem.. rj always answered my questions promtply. they do it all electrician work hvac and installation as well. they are worlds ahead of their competitors who nickel and dime you .. affordable and convienent.. awesome high quality a/c products..aloha

We had a great experience with this company. They were immediate in their response to our inquiries and kept us in the loop about when our AC unit would arrive and be installed. We had several questions along the way and our emails and phone calls had prompt responses. The installation was smooth and the installers very helpful in teaching us how to operate the new equipment. All in all, it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to use this company again and/or recommend them to my friends and family.

I've already referred a friend to them they're so good. They were the first of 5 companies to schedule a free estimate, there was no sales pitch, they just very patiently answered my questions over the course of many emails and guided me to the very awesome Daikin system that we ultimately went with (best warranty, best reliability, great price, sealed board so no risk of geckos getting in and frying it). On the 2 days of installation they were polite, respectful, and clean. They came out 2 weeks later at no charge to look at one of my machines that I thought was making a smell (turns out my daughter was burning a candle that made the weird toxic odor, we figured it out later). I would absolutely used them again!

We had requested quotes for a new 3 zone mini-split pafrom 5 different companies and RJ/Igloo was the first to respond almost immediately. We set up a virtual walk-though of our house within a few hours and it was a painless 2-3 minute process. RJ sent an estimate within an hour after the virtual tour.....although we didn't end up contracting with Igloo, the promptness and courtesy extended by RJ was greatly appreciated.

R.J, the owner explained everything local style and with ease about how they will install the air-conditioning in accordance to code and our home. The workers came to our home and installed the air-conditioning, thoroughly cleaned up after and made sure everything was working properly. The electrician even stayed until late in the evening checking everything. Igloo AC has the best pricing in comparison to other companies, as we received quotes from 4 other companies that seem to overcharge for all services. Not Igloo AC. We are enjoying our air-conditioning and want to give a shout out to such a great island company that caters to its customers!
