I've had a persistent sewer drain problem.And, yesterday I tried to clear it out with my own snake. Like a fool, the snake got stuck and I couldn't extract it. Today, I had Jose, from Ideal plumbing come out to clear the drain. First, he expertly removed my stuck snake. Then, he worked tirelessly with his equipment, and cleaned the drain. I was impressed with how many times he ran his snake through to make sure the debris and roots were dislodged. I will now always use Ideal plumbing, and ask for Jose by name.

Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!! I am flabbergasted at how unprofessional this company treated me today. I deal with contractors all day. I scheduled a camera inspection for a buyer client of mine. I arranged for client to pay them by check the next day at the inspection and asked for them to send me an invoice so we can have check ready, they agreed. I made the necessary appointments with the sellers and listing agent. 4 hours later I get a call from the same lady I spoke to in the morning and revoked everything! She said they just decided they don't accept checks from people in real estate transactions and they don't send invoices. What a second rate operation. Do not use this company for a camera inspection of your sewer lines, it appears to me at the very least they don't know how to run a business.

Ideal Plumbing is awesome! I had to have all my Hot and Cold water Pipes replaces due to a big leak under my slab. I got 4 different estimates and spoke with 5 different plumbers. There estimate was not only the best but it covered more things including all the pipes having insulation around them. Joe did the estimate and was wonderful. Albert was the one that did the work and he was professional, clean and kept everything clean each day when he left and just a really nice guy. I would totally recommend them. Also about a month later I had some electrical issues so I called them and they came out the same day and once again I would totally recommend them.

My heater was not working and called them. Set up an appointment. Came out indicated it was a loose wire and charged me 58.00. The next day it did the same thing as before, indicated it was an intermittent problem and those are hard to trouble shoot. I just paid 58 dollars the day before for about 10 minutes of work and have the same problem. They said I needed to replace the plug. The part was 12.00 dollars and after 15 minutes of work 177.00 bill. So total cost was 235.00. Overcharged for the work. I do not know of any good plumbing and heating businesses but I would not use idea.

I was satisfied with their quoted estimate price, after getting some not so fair quotes from 'other' local businesses. So i contracted Ideal to change out my outdated electrical panel. They were punctual and extremely well trained at this work.
Holy Cow! Positive attitudes and hard work ethic also come with this price???!!! They even looked like they enjoy their jobs! I was shocked how well they handled my job, which also included Stucco Repair and double checking the whole house electrical for any issues. Your not going to get this at Loew's or Home Depot! They (Gabe and Jr.) completed this costly and stressful work just like they promised and I am a very satisfied customer

You get what you pay for. Joel C. installed a new water heater, pan & H2o alarm in my condo today. The water heater is of great quality and working like a dream.

Work was done within time/budget...As usual with Ideal. I will not go anywhere else.

I don't know much about plumbing and was trying to fix a very old shower valve. After home depot couldn't help because of the age of the valve, I went here. The guy at the front cleaned my parts to try and figure out the make/model. It was too old to be stocked, but he gave me advice and gave me (for free) some rubber o rings to try. I really appreciated the time he took to help me, will definitely return for other projects.

Really good customer service. Edward was our guy and we found him to be very thorough and professional. This was a plumbing problem. I also use them for electrical and heating a/c. Great company.

I'm updating my review due to the owner refunding the entire amount of the service charge. He agreed that his employee should have been able to correctly identify the broken trap and having another plumber come wasn't needed. I'm satisfied with this resolution, but I will not use Ideal plumbing in the future.

Technician experience was not the best but the job was done, however there was a billing dispute. Don the owner is a class act and reached out to me regarding the billing dispute. I may use them again due to their customer service however I'll request a different technician.
