This review is long overdue. Last January 2013, our main circuit breaker panel exploded. Luckily my husband was home and it didn't start a fire. Needless to say, we had to find an electrician that could come out same-day. Tony was recommended to us and he was able to come out within a couple of hours. He immediately understood the problem, got to work with this team, and coordinated with PG&E. The entire main panel had to be replaced and it took about a couple of weeks. Tony was able to recommend a general contractor to help with the stucco work and they did a great job too. Tony kept us posted on progress and worked with the City Inspector to get the final permit signed off. His pricing was very reasonable and we were extremely pleased with the final result. In fact, after chatting with Tony about electrical and lighting issues in our kitchen, he made some great suggestions. So, we had his crew fix the other electrical issues in our kitchen and install LED canister lights in our kitchen, dining room, and family room.

Fast forward to January 2014, we called Tony again about lighting in our pantry and backyard. Again, Tony gave some great suggestions and we ended up having his team install lighting, plus a power outlet in our pantry, and extra lighting in our backyard. All the work was done in a few hours.

If you're looking for an experienced, trustworthy, and reasonable electrician, we highly recommend Tony. He and his team are professional, courteous, and committed to getting the job done right!

Tony is a man of his word! I called him at 10:00 AM; he came out by noon; he told me what the problem was and gave me a very reasonable price; his staff completed the work the same day (before the sun went down) and now we have power back in our house! These guys are awesome!

We had someone come out to swap a lighting fixture in our hallway, and again a couple months later to fix an electrical issue with our brand new water heater. Tony came out the next day, gave me a quote, and handled the work a couple days after. He was super friendly and easy to talk with. There was a follow-up issue with the electrical after the work and Tony took our call around 10pm to handle things. Really happy with the level of service and quality of work. Will be using them for the future!

We suddenly had no electricity in a bedroom and our neighbor who is a handyman could not help. Step in Ideal Electric. Edgar spent 5 hours here diagnosing the problem which from Electrician talk stem from poor old wiring job from previous home owners. He also fixed another set of light fixtures in my home to make it up to code and safe. Not cheap but that is the value of electricians I guess.
