Tony went above and beyond and proactively reached out to see if he could come by this evening to work on our small project - new outdoor light and light switch. Super excellent customer service !!! Tony solved my problem even without knowing me not coming to my place. The best thing is that Tony did it for free !!!

Woke up early on a Saturday morning to realize that few of my outlets; lights, and dishwasher wasn't working.
I checked the main panel and sub panel which shows no sign of electrical trip. I tried resetting twice but to no avail.

Via yelp, a few electricians contacted me back via sms texts. The rest of electricians either can't come on the weekend or they would want to charge $200-$250 for troubleshooting and solving the issue.


Tony returned my call directly and was very patience to walk me thru the troubleshooting process. He solved the problem with one of his solutions.
He didn't charge a penny for his time !!!!

For such excellent customer services; business integrity; and knowledge in his field; I would definitely use I2A for any of my future needs.

We needed a switch replaced in our family room. It was a rocker switch w/dimmer in an ivory shade. Tony fixed the switch, ordered the ivory replacement part, and got the job done. This was my first time using i2A electrical and I'm very happy that I did. Now I know that I've got a top notch electrician to call when needed. Highly recommended.

Our home had a lost power in one of the phases. I had spoken with lot of electricians who were charging exorbitant prices and could not solve the issues. I then called i2A. Tony said he would be home in 7 mins and if he was unable to solve the issue in 15 mins, then he would not charge me anything. He went around the house and found a second breaker panel we did not know existed and fixed the issue in 15 mins. His price was very reasonable and he did not take a dime more from me when I offered to pay him more. He is very polite, knowledgeable and patient. Tony is fantastic. I mixed up the dates for service, and when I reached out to him he offered to stop by even though my actual appointment wasn't for another month. Tony replaced all the knob and tube wiring in our house with modern wiring and put in a new sub panel. We thank our lucky stars that we found him. He did excellent work and did not try to gouge us like the other four electrical contractors we got bids from. He works amazingly fast and finished the job a whole day early. He was reliable, punctual, nice to be around snd left the place tidy at the end of each day. He's a gem.
