I found I2A on Yelp and called on Sunday afternoon after the lights went off in part of my house in Redwood City. My immediate positive surprise was to speak with the man himself, not with a dispatcher or a recording service. Next Tony, the owner, made himself available to come to my house within 4 hours from our call. He arrived on time, was quick and effective in diagnosing the problem (an old power socket with loose connection), replacing it, and then closing down all the sockets he needed to examine along the way and replacing older equipment there (there were 6 in the downed section, the faulty one was in the last one). It was all done and working well within an hour. I could not be happier with the service.

I contacted Tony for an estimate on installing an EV charger and he was super responsive and on time. He took the time to explain the options and provide his opinion, which was helpful. He even helped troubleshoot an outdoor wall socket for us while he was there for no charge. Unfortunately he was about to head off on vacation so our schedules didn't align, but I will definitely contact him in the future if there's work.

I reached out to a few people this evening (around 8:15PM) and received an immediate response from Tony. After a few message exchanges, he offered to come by tonight since he lived locally. He came by and was done in less than 1 hour! I appreciate the fact that made himself available since it was last minute and the night before a holiday. He fixed my issue and a totally separate issue (which almost required calling a plumber). Tony is very personable and can get the job done!
