I had a breaker that kept tripping. I called IES to see if they could come out and replace the breaker. Charlie answered my call, listened to my situation, and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. He sent out one of his electricians and they were able to fix the problem in a relatively timely manner. Their price was fair, and they were prompt with their arrival time.

It is New Year's Day, 1/2/23, and good luck with finding a qualified electrician who could restore water to my friend's house. Charlie from I.E.S. Corp. responded immediately to my request for help. He sent José for the repair and he was amazing. It wasn't the circuit breaker causing the problem but rather broken parts in the well water pump that the inept plumber who came two days previously neglected to find. Moreover, even on a day when many stores were still closed for the holiday, José was able to go and find the needed parts. Bottom Line: If you are looking for a highly knowledgeable and extremely capable electrician, I'd recommend that you contact I.E.S.

Charlie got back to me right away. Sent out technician the next day to estimate and do the job. Small job, just a new outlet, but did a great job running power from the closet to avoid drywall damage. Very professional and fast. Will use again for sure.

Finding a honest skilled electrician in south Florida is tough. These guys hit the spot, and they are reasonably priced to boot. Jose got here on time, made it through the five items we needed, and cleaned up after himself. All while being kind and courteous. He even took time to show me how I can adjust the pendant lights myself.

I highly recommend them! Charlie was very quick to communicate, quoted me very quickly and gave me a fair price. I decided to go with them because of the quick response and the other great reviews. I had an electric vehicle charger installed at my house. Jose was the installer. They communicated with me to let me know time of arrival and he arrived exactly on time. Communication was excellent. The installation came out flawless. Jose not only did a great job, but he did it quickly. Great customer service, very friendly, and amazing work! Very hard to fine nowadays.

Based on the great reviews and the initial responsiveness I had great hopes. Sent a variety of pictures as requested. Was given a verbal quote and diagnosis. When asking for a written quote suddenly all went silent. Now it seems we are blocked. We needed the work done and all we needed to proceed was to show the invoice/quote to the buyer of the home. This was necessary to show we were moving forward with the repair. Gone are the days when companies actually come out and give written quotes. Very unprofessional..
