Called IES after trying to go through Mister Sparky and not feeling comfortable with their estimate. Reached Charlie on Friday and by Monday morning he was here taking care of all my concerns. He took the time to explain everything to me, was very reasonable price-wise, and was refreshingly honest the whole way through (which is huge when dealing with this kind of foreign stuff).

I found a real gem here in IES and plan to utilize their services again in the future and would gladly recommend to anyone I know.

My bedroom ceiling fan blew out. Not having hired an electrician since moving here, I feel I really lucked out with I.E.S. Electrical Services and Carlos ""Charlie"" Corvea. He efficiently analyzed the problem and replaced the fan, no muss, no fuss. While here, I asked him to fix a couple of other electrical problems (repeatedly blowing fuses, etc.) that have annoyed me for months. The guy is a whiz. Plus he's really a good guy. My wife and I are very happy with his work.

I put in a request for an electrician to repair a light switch and possibly the circuit breaker on yelp and Carlos from I E S Electrical answered within 10 minutes of my request.
Carlos was able to schedule me for the very next day with a two hour window and he showed up on time! He immediately knew what the problem was he came prepared, he had a mask on, he had all of his tools and did not have to leave to get any other supplies. I had major damage to a wall socket due to faulty old wiring that could've caused a major fire inside the wall, leading to a house fire. Carlos's service and professionalism bar far at the top and the best I've ever experienced. His communication, professionalism, and honesty is impeccable! I am going to post the name of his company and his name on the reference board in my condominium building. He deserves every bit of business that comes his way. Carlos, the owner, came out within 24 hours and was able to fit my time schedule -which was quite early in the morning. He had given me a quote over the phone to change out two fluorescent ballasts in two different rooms with LED lights. He came in at the time arranged, wearing a mask and took care of the job within 30 minutes. His work was neat and exactly as he had explained. Extremely happy to find a local electrician was such a professional work ethic and great customer service! Thank you Carlos- will be calling you again soon.

I highly recommend this company. The company immediately respond to my inquiry and provided me a price range which was reasonable, but Charlie came out to our home punctually as promised. He brought all necessary tools and installed a extra large porch chandelier on a ceiling that is 20 feet high. Most other electricians refused the job because of thee height of the ceiling. Charlies did an outstanding job with the installation, completed the job quickly, his services are very reasonable and he is highly professional. His price was just as he quoted with No hidden fees. I will use him again without a doubt!
