Based on the great reviews and the initial responsiveness I had great hopes. Sent a variety of pictures as requested. Was given a verbal quote and diagnosis. When asking for a written quote suddenly all went silent. Now it seems we are blocked. We needed the work done and all we needed to proceed was to show the invoice/quote to the buyer of the home. This was necessary to show we were moving forward with the repair. Gone are the days when companies actually come out and give written quotes. Very unprofessional..

The electrician for their company was very patient and knowledgeable even though it was a small fix they still explain how something so small cause lead to other issues. Charlie is amazing! I had some issues with my circuit breaker and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was working as it should be. While working, he discovered some issues and made sure he explained everything to me. He arrived exactly when he said he would. I've definitely found my new electrician!

He texted me to let me know he was on the way, arrived at the exact time he said he would be at my house, and provided a free estimate. I agreed on the price, and the day that he would return to do the job based on my schedule.
When he returned to do the job, he again notified me that he was on his way and arrived exactly at the time he said he would be at my house. He completed the job 100% to my satisfaction.
I have an extensive background in construction, and Charlie is clearly an expert in his field of electrical work. He explained in detail the different options, and exactly what what he was going to do.

He is my new electrician going forward!!!

Called IES after trying to go through Mister Sparky and not feeling comfortable with their estimate. Reached Charlie on Friday and by Monday morning he was here taking care of all my concerns. He took the time to explain everything to me, was very reasonable price-wise, and was refreshingly honest the whole way through (which is huge when dealing with this kind of foreign stuff).

I found a real gem here in IES and plan to utilize their services again in the future and would gladly recommend to anyone I know.
