Watching his uncle work and transform spaces ignited Shaine's interest. Dave encouraged him to start an apprenticeship with a friend; Shaine quickly acquired the necessary skills. Before long, he was managing large projects for his employers. Shaine values the evolving nature of electrical work and consistently enhances his skills through new challenges and education. Recognizing the rising demand for his skills, Shaine ventured out on his own and founded Hyperion Electric.
