They came in Fast to Check my A/C system, cordial and excellent customer service, they performed several tests to check what was wrong with the system. Apparently What was wrong was not covered by the insurance. a piece of about one foot of cable was replaced as of courtesy, and also to be charged the 65$ co-pay of the insurance of course. They offered to do the job privately for about 450$ when they also told me the amount of cable and aluminum pipes to rewire would cost me about 100$ and the job was as simple as to disconnect and connect a cable. Really Honest.
Sadly they couldn't fix my problem. (due to the insurance coverage)
