Brayan came and serviced my two HVAC units. He was very thorough and professional. Spent a lot of time making sure to answer any of my questions. He's a newer employee but he has outstanding customer service! I have no problems recommending Hyde's for any of your HVAC or electrical needs.

We have used Hyde's Services since buying a home in Rancho Mirage 2 years ago. Our favorite technician is Taylor Hyde. We had them install air conditioning in our garage as well as enhance the central air conditioning unit Pulte installed when the house was built. We also use their maintenance service regularly and have been very pleased with their services. They are not the cheapest company around but not the most expensive either. The great thing about Hyde's Air Conditioning (and they do electric too) is that they will be around for many years to come. Hyde's installed our new AC unit. They were very professional and completed the job on schedule. I watched a well trained crew working smoothly to complete the job in the time specified.

This was almost a 5-star review, save for a slight oversight. They neglected to open the gas valve on the FAU (furnace) leaving us with a rather chilly house this morning. It was quickly corrected. Still, for a job of this size and complexity, I am pleased and will call Hyde's again next time I need work done on the system.

December 12, 2023- Johnny from Hydes arrived on time and made an inspection of our electrical system. He was professional, personable and explained everything he was doing. Fortunately, he did not find any problems which was depicted on the report that he submitted to Hydes Headquarters. I am pleased by Johnny's thoroughness and would request him again.

Signed up for a yearly check up of roof air unit. Cost for this was/is reasonable and well worth it. Our first check up was carried out by service technician Daniel Galvan. He arrived within stated window. In short he was efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and no nonsense. Replaced the filter in house and checked out the unit on roof. Gave us an oral assessment of the unit and even the cleanliness of the roof solar panels. We were impressed with his work ethic and his customer skills. Pleased that we purchased our unit from Hyde's and supplemented it with a service contract!!

We are new to the area and we heard good reviews of Hyde's service. We called to get a checkup on our American Standard HVAC. Since it's December, we wanted the heat system checked. Their tech, Maurice arrived and did a complete check of the system. He explained what he was doing with each step. As an added bonus, he explained exactly how to run the control panel for both heating and cooling. We have signed up for their Silver Plan so we can keep the system well maintained.
