Scheduling was easy. They were responsive to messages and calls. They fell short when it came to communicating that they would be late to my appointments somehow my phone number was also incorrect in their system despite the multiple communications. The tech was very friendly and fixed the issue in no time. I will give them another shot and hope this time they can make it on time and be transparent about delays and arrival times. I also hope they get the wrong phone number issue fixed as well because it makes no sense how they can find me one day with my number and then it be wrong the day of the appointment.

I have used Hunter Service Group several times since I moved to San Antonio seven years ago and have always been very pleased with their work. In my most recent service call I had a ceiling fan replaced, a new light installed on my outside patio and a GFCI plug replaced. The service technician was very polite and efficient in his work. Anytime I might need electrical work done in the future, no matter how big or small the job, I will definitely use Hunter Service Group.

I called Hunter for some help with some bad breakers in my home. I was contacted shortly after the inquiry, and was provided up front with service response costs, and later a call from the responding electrician with questions regarding the issue. ""Rodo"" came to the home a few days later, diagnosed the problem, provided pricing for the fix, and even recommended some other work that I should have done. ""Rodo"" was professional, quick, and the problem has been resolved. Definitely will call on Hunter for future work ""Rodo"" gave me quotes for.

Mike was absolutely amazing! I tried replacing my thermostat and ended up not being able to get my AC to turn on. I reached out to Hunter Service Group and Mike was here within 15 minutes after hours! I called at 5:40 and my unit was up and running by 6:30!! Not only was the work completed so quickly, but Mike was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and what caused the issue. They are not overpriced at all and I cannot recommend this company enough.

Awesome experience with Hunter Service Group! Our a/c's stopped working due to a an issue with our electrical box and breakers. It turns out it was a bigger deal than we thought as the breakers were melted and could have started a fire. The technician Christopher C. was on time, extremely knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job of explaining the work that needed to be done. Good value for the money. We will definitely use Hunter Service Group again.

Sent out an estimate request through YELP and Hunter Service Group was one of five companies that replied , and were one of two that actually came to my home to review what I needed done and then offer an estimate. I did not even consider the companies that offered an estimate without actually coming to see the scope of work.
John was the technician who came. He was extremely professional and took the tome to explain all of the options.
In the end I chose another company but I would not hesitate to use Hunter in the future.
