We made two appointments to have Hunter Electric hang a ceiling with a light kit. They no-showed for both appointments. Never called and haven't followed up. Very poor service.
Not once but twice they were a no-show in a four hour window. The first time I called they said that their man was called away on an emergency job. I received no courtesy call. The second time having waited 2 1/2 hours I decided to call. After a brief hold the person on the phone said Chris called me last week to let me know that they were not doing that type of generator work. I can prove by my phone records that is a bold face lie. I understand they're busy, we all are busy. A simple no thank you I don't want your business would've been fine. If I ran my business this way I wouldn't be in business for very long. I'm glad to see they have so much of it that they don't really care about mine.
I called this company to repair my doorbell a few months ago. They fixed it (although I had to encourage the repairman to use all the parts from the new doorbell kit which he was only going to use some of them and I was paying for the entire kit). Thankfully all was repaired just fine. My husband tried to arrange an appointment to have a junction box installed for our generator. He tried for weeks to get someone to come out. Finally an appointment was made. I stayed home to wait for repair man. He showed up and proceeded to say he did not have the parts and I would have to go out and buy them. After 2 trips out (with really no knowledge of what I needed to get), I told him to seal up the hole he had made in my garage (since a junction box shouldn't be in the garage in the first place as the sales person at the electrical supply store indicated when I finally ended up there to ask questions). The repairman had the gall to charge me for 2 hours of time ($300) and did nothing except eat his lunch and cut a hole in my garage. Hunter electric contacted me to finish the job and I said no thanks. I will find an electrician who brings the tools and product with them (and has the knowledge ) to handle my electrical jobs.
I worked for this company for one day.I was told i would have to pay $320 a month for their fuel.i didnt agree and decided not to work there. its been a month and I have still receive no paycheck. if they treat employees like this imagine how they will treat you
