We have established our presence in Dallas, Denton, Fort Worth, and Yantis, focusing on East Texas. We provide services such as Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering/Design, Preventative/Proactive Maintenance, Lighting Management, and Personnel/Safety Management. Our expertise spans commercial, industrial, manufacturing, institutional, healthcare, and residential sectors. Our team excels in designing, building, and maintaining Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing systems for all industry sectors.

Humphrey & Associates is a construction contracting firm primarily serving the northeast region of Texas. We began our journey in Dallas, Texas, on April 1, 1977, as an Electrical Contractor catering to the Dallas/Ft. Worth construction market. Since we began, our growth has been steady and well-managed. Our collaborative efforts and engagement in the construction community have allowed us to grow and diversify.

In April 1981, the Humphrey & Associates Inc. Stock Ownership Plan and Trust acquired fifty percent of the common stock not held by Steve Humphrey. Our employees, referred to as Associates, own 50 percent of the company stock. After completing one year of service, employees start earning shares, becoming part-owners of Humphrey & Associates. The corporation gifted half of its stock to employees in 1981 through an employee stock ownership plan, truly embodying the term ""associates.""

Initially, H&A focused solely on electrical contracting and design projects in the Metroplex; we opened a branch office in Mt. Pleasant in 1986. In 1995, we introduced a mechanical division, offering a full MEP team package; subsequently, we established a main office in Fort Worth and another branch in Denton in the late '90s. Every new service we add aims to improve our customer experience.

H&A is a family-owned business, yet we are a significant player in the industry. We regard our core team of 310 ""associates"" as our most important asset. Our board of directors and managing executive committee, made up of seven vice presidents and branch managers, boast an average tenure of 25 years, a rarity in construction. The average employment duration for the rest of our team is 8.5 years.
