Founded on April 1, 1977, in Dallas, Texas, Humphrey & Associates began as an Electrical Contractor serving the Dallas/Ft. Worth construction markets.

Since our inception, we have seen steady and controlled growth. Our teamwork and active participation in the construction community have provided us opportunities for expansion and diversification.

In 1981, we implemented an employee stock ownership plan, distributing half the stock to our employees, truly making them ""associates"" in the company.
