Our offices are situated in Dallas, Denton, Fort Worth, and Yantis, covering East Texas. Our service portfolio includes Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering/Design, Preventative/Proactive Maintenance, Lighting Management, and Personnel/Safety Management. Our industry expertise encompasses commercial, industrial, manufacturing, institutional, healthcare, and residential areas. Our team excels in designing, constructing, and maintaining Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing systems across these industries.

Humphrey & Associates started its journey in Dallas, Texas, on April 1, 1977, as an Electrical Contractor focused on the Dallas/Ft. Worth construction sector.

From the start, we have experienced consistent and measured growth. Our collaboration and engagement within the construction community have enabled us to expand and diversify.

The corporation shared half of its stock with employees in 1981 through an employee stock ownership plan, genuinely making them ""associates.""
