I'm new to this area and had an someone else come out to find out why my lights in my entire house were flickering. After they looked into it they said they needed to replace the entire power panel. Didn't believe him, so I searched here on Yelp, found Hull Electric. Kevin came and I explained to him what the other guy said, after he started looking into it he tells me that the panel is fine. Long story short, we ended up having to call Edison out, Kevin called for us to explain the situation. Kevin went to get some replacement parts, installed the new parts and then called Edison for us again. Kevin stated that Edison has an issue on their line. Later that same night Edison came back out and sure enough Kevin was right, one of the cables that went to my house was completely out!! Edison had to re-splice some wires and now everything works!! Thanks to Kevin and his knowledge and honestly he saved us thousands of dollars!! I highly recommend him!! He's a good honest person and wants to do what's best for his customer and not rip them off!! It's hard to find people like Kevin these days!!! Thanks Kevin!!

Kevin is awesome. Very friendly, professional and his fees are very reasonable. We had an electrical problem in an upstairs bathroom, which he diagnosed as a defective circuit breaker. The actual replacement part was not available at Home Depot and several other stores and he spent ours tracking one down. He finally returned, replaced the breaker and, for all this, charged for a service call and the cost of the part. He has earned our trust and highest recommendation.

I have used Kevin multiple times for electrical work. He has installed several fans with electrical runs, numerous can lights and electrical panel work. Kevin IS as good as it gets!

We called him on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. He called me back quickly, but someone else was already on the way. That guy charged us $200 and told us we needed a main breaker and he would come back once we ordered the breaker on line ($300) and would charge us another $300 to do the job.

We decided to get another opinion and called Kevin back. He came right over and within minutes, showed us that it was NOT a main breaker problem, but a problem with a broken meter. We called Southern Edison and they came to replace our meter....NO CHARGE!! Kevin charged us $50 for a call and told us he would hold our check until we confirmed that he was correct in his diagnosis.

If only Kevin were a doctor instead of an electrician, I would definitely want him as my doctor. Since he is an electrician, I am happy to be able to use him for future projects. What a competent, nice and honest guy.

Absolutely the best ever! So kind. So thorough. He explains as he goes. He fixed some bad wiring from the prior owners of our house. He fixed a number of pool related issues. He is truly talented and thoughtful. So glad we found him. He is a keeper!

5 Stars!!! Kevin is professional, friendly, honest and trustable and has good manner too! There are several sockets not working in the house, and I googled the best electrician in Agoura Hills, and Hull Electric came up, we gave him a call and we were lucky enough that he just finished a work nearby and is around the area. So he came over, checked the sockets, and explained why and how did it happened. He fixed the issue very quickly with reasonable charge!!! If you are looking for an electrician, Kevin is definitely the one to go to!

I enthusiastically recommend Kevin Hull. In fact, now that I've found him, I will not use anyone else! We had an urgent electrical issue, which, of course, started one day before we were going on vacation .. and the problem needed to be fixed before we left. I was stressing ... would I have to stay home... and my husband leave ... because everyone knows it's tough to find a contractor who will respond quickly. Kevin is a true 5 star professional and individual! I called Kevin to check the work of another contractor that we hired to do a plumbing and sump pump repair and installation. These guys were not only overcharging us majorly but couldn't finish the job (they did a crappy job on everything else and were now stuck on the electrical part).

We needed an electrician's professional opinion about the job. Kevin could have written us his observations as an electrical contractor and be done with the job. But instead, he went above and beyond what we asked of him and helped us deal with the pickled situation we were in for having hired ""crook"" contractors.

He explained to us how true honest contractors work, helped us get the permit from the city and was present during the city inspector's visit to explain all that was wrong with the installation so now we have a chance to hire the right contractors to do the work we need. Kevin is an outstanding person... one of those the world could use many more of! I am really thankful I ran into him and am very happy to recommend his work to anybody that needs a really competent, knowledgeable, honest professional and incredible guy!
