Worst service ever. My parents needed a breaker that was tripped and not working. Repairman came out without a breaker and did not have one in his vehicle. Told my father that he could go back to the office and get one but he didn't know how long it would take and that he would need to be compensated for his travel time as well as the visit. He could not provide an estimate for any of his services. No one in customer service was willing to assist and acted like my parents were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

All my experiences with Hughes Electric have been fantastic. From the initial call to their office, to the very quick response to have the estimator look at the job to the crew that did the work, they were all professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. I had just bought a property that was in need of Power. It was not an easy solution. Their was a lot that needed to be done. I was running on a generator borrowed from a friend. I called Hughes Electric. They were out there the next day to figure out what needed to be done. Had an estimate of repairs the next day and got me scheduled. The Technicians were Amazing. They were professional, knowledgeable and personable. The Office support went above and beyond to help me with permitting. Overall, They got me up and running on a very difficult job that was time sensitive. Let me just say there was a lot to do. :) I am thankful that I called them. Great Job!!! Any future projects I know who to Call. :) Thank you Hughes Electric and your team. I was comforted to know that When the power came on the electricians were there to make sure everything was Okay. And It was. Perfect !!! Thank you :)

Lori was very professional throughout the process. She kept me posted of every aspect. They obtained the city permit as well. During the installation process there was a little change in the plan due to my garage structure, but they didn't deviate from the quote. I will recommend Hughes Electric Services to anyone.

Great company with a great staff. Very friendly front staff office, owner who quoted my work, and the installation crew who deserves the most praise for dealing what they did during the FL summer. Highly recommended for your electrical work.

Serviced Work: Add 100amp sub-panel, reroute several breakers and lines to the new panel, install disconnect outside with the lines through the attic for a cleaner look outside and closer to condenser unit.

Hughes electric was. Quick. Responsive. Professional and easy to work with.
Everyone was very nice and always responded in a timely manner
I would recommend them highly.
The cost of the work was very good too
