Ernie and his team were referred to me by a close friend and they did not disappoint! They were on time and cleaned up after each day. I felt comfortable leaving the house knowing that they would take care of it and be completely professional and careful. Ernie has helped my husband and I with a lot of electrical work and we are so happy to have found him and his awesome team! I love our living space with all the beautifully installed recessed lighting. Also, the dimmer switch in the dining room and living room really create an ambience. They are super friendly and trustworthy! When we're ready to upgrade our electric panel, we know exactly who to reach out to. Ernie prides himself on his impecable work ethic and attention to detail, so when we had an issues with our 4 fans after they were installed (the fans were defective and would rotate weird), he was honest and gave us advice - if he didn't like the finish product in his house, it's not good enough for his customers - and that a great mantra to live by if your working to remodel/update peoples' homes. I truly appreciate Ernie and his team, so if you're in doubt on who to hire, don't think twice and give them a call! The receptionist is very sweet, helpful, and responsive! 10/10

For the past 11 years of service I have not received a complain about their work. They always go the extra mile to make sure the client is completely satisfied. Nobody is perfect, so when they finish the work and you think that you won't see them again, well that's where you're wrong. If left unsatisfied and they need to go back, don't worry they always answer their phones, if not leave a message and you will hear from them within 24hr.
From a light bulb to a large service I have worked with them, day and night, making sure companies stay up and running with the minimum down time.

The outside outlet stopped working and after doing some research I saw Hub City Electrical was nearby so I contacted them to see if they could come out and take a look at the outlet and fix the problem. I called and no one picked up but was immediately given a call back within 5 minutes. I spoke to Ernie who was able to schedule a time for someone to come the next day. Upon our short interaction he asked what the problem was and to send him a picture of the outlet not working. After sending him the picture he called me back to see if we could troubleshoot the problem over the phone at no charge. Within 5 minutes and with the help of Ernie I was able to get our outside outlet working! So they no longer needed to come out. Although they didn't come out to look at the outlet - the fact that Ernie not only attempted to remedy the problem over the phone and was also able to find a solution with no charge is rare. I will definitely be contacting this company whenever I have any other Electrical issues!

AMAZING SERVICE!!!

I called Hub City electric to install this beautiful chandelier over our dining table, which we haven't used since we moved in due to no light fixtures.

The crew came out and were on time, super professional, clean, and efficient. Kept holes were new wiring had to be run through to a bare minimum (only 2) YES!!! You can tell when someone puts their heart into their work. Rigo and Luis are a prime example of 2 employees being the face of the company, and very knowledgeable!

Great work and very professional. They gave updates through out the process and safety at the top of there list. They were timely and offer suggestions and layouts that were better than our previous layout while on site. Will be using them again for our exterior lighting and electrical projects.

The person that showed up was very professional and patience as we explained the issues of our electrical box. Also he followed all COVID-19 protocols wearing a mask and keeping his distance. This is a wonderful company.

What's great about them is that a lot of family work within the company, i'm assuming they may be family-owned, I'm not too sure but they do have a nice crew.

Another plus is that they are a 24 hour business, so if you have any issues - electrically speaking they got you.

The price was right for us, I had three wall plugs replaced and the work was wonderful and they are extremely courteous and professional.

I'm definitely using them again
