Contracted this company a few weeks ago to estimate & install a 20K whole home standby generator. I chose the B&S Fortress which comes standard w/ a 10 year warranty on equipment, parts & labor. Not had to use it yet but, this review is for the sales, install and service thus far and my business dealings with Hual Electric.
Josh was my estimator and installer. He's like an avatar/robot. Showed up on time, explained everything to the simplest detail and gave me an estimate that was fair. On schedule, a few days later, he returned and installed the equipment and ensured everything was iaw local electrical code. He rewired everything from the weather-head to the generator itself and everything in between. He ensured the worksite was cleaned up and that I was 100% satisfied and educated on the system.
The front office staff was great too. Welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly (especially Jessica O.)
Overall: I highly recommend.

Hual wired my house 4 years ago. A few months after moving in, the breaker for our outside plugs started tripping when it rained. Hual came out and "" fixed it"", but it still happens occasionally.

When we moved in, we only had one child, but we built a jack and Jill bath for when our 2nd was born. We rarely used the extra bedroom cuz we didn't need to. Now, we have a 2nd child, as well as more breaker problems. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom all on the same 15amp breaker is a problem. Breaker constantly pops is we have the lights and fans on, if you turn the bathroom light on. Can't wait for their teenage years and blow dryers.

Most recent problem is our oven is tripping the breaker. We had an electrician come out cuz Hual refuses return our calls. The electrician told us our house is severely underpowered and will cost 1000s to relate.

With all of the hurricane repairs going on all around us we had a difficult time finding an electrician to do some lighting installation in our kitchen. We had several tell us they would do it but either did a no show or did not call back to schedule. We found Hual Electric through a friend in our car club. We made the call and scheduled a time the following week. The electrician showed up at the time scheduled and was very professional. He even added a dimmer switch install onto the job. We were very pleased with every interaction from scheduling to installation and billing. Very affordable also! Thank you Hual Electric, you will be on our list to call for future work!
