I needed to install a home car charging unit. The initial request for details was prompt and the cost was as good as any price estimate I received. Tyler arrived within the agreed-upon time frame and efficiently installed the unit after creating a 240v outlet. He talked through the process and solicited my input all along the way. The electrician came out and I showed her the electrical issues we were having. Our home was built in 1994 and we purchased it five years ago. As we change items and upgrade others, the electrical system was just starting to show a couple of issues that needed attention for my families safety. One of the outlet boxes in the kitchen had only one plug working and there was a different lose box as well. Really not a big issue. The hall bathroom had a intermittent switch which happened a few months ago. The call went out two days ago because the day before I was hooking a stereo up in my daughters room and the strip we were using arched. The fan stopped and lights blinked. I called and scheduled them to come out. The next day came and the electrician was on time. Within three hours all the issues were identified and installed and a future project was identified. Overall, I feel we got great service from a very competent electrician. If the rest of HR Phoenix's electricians are as thorough as she was you will be in good hands. Ask for Melanie.

Contracted to get a Tesla charger installed and troubleshoot some other electrical issues. Was quoted a set price for the charger install and a hourly rate for the troubleshooting. At the end of the day, was told that there was some additional charge for materials for the install. Additionally, paid for about 3 hours of troubleshooting with no true results. One regular outlet changed out and one GFI outlet changed out. Technician left us with pretty much the same list of things we need fixed as what we had asked to get fixed. Will not be using HR for these repairs. Just wish they were more upfront with cost. I don't need another surprise bill.

i was quoted one price for the installation of three fans in my home and was charged a much higher price after installation. Make sure you get ever quote in writing, not verbal or you will be chocked when payment is due. I also was not shown an invoice with all the charges on it or I would not of signed it.

Paul and his team did a wonderful job installing our new electrical panel, moving a light switch and running diagnostics on a few of our outlets. We'll be calling them again when we're ready to get the outlets fixed.

Had a closet fixture replaced and a wall switch installed, 433.00. That was the previous quote to also have a ceiling fan mounted, but we didn't have all the parts. Charge was way to high, should of asked for a quote on the work they did. Tech was great, but sure won't be using them again.
