Paul and his team did a wonderful job installing our new electrical panel, moving a light switch and running diagnostics on a few of our outlets. We'll be calling them again when we're ready to get the outlets fixed.

Had a closet fixture replaced and a wall switch installed, 433.00. That was the previous quote to also have a ceiling fan mounted, but we didn't have all the parts. Charge was way to high, should of asked for a quote on the work they did. Tech was great, but sure won't be using them again.

I hired Phoenix Electrical to install Cat 6 cable through two rooms of my house. Where do I start my appointment was at 9 AM nobody was here until 1030 work began at 11. they didn't bring the right stuff for the job and ended up having to go back to Home Depot. in total cost me $430 with a job that should've taken two hours and two people but instead took six hours and they only sent one technician so I ended up having to help the entire project me the homeowner. i'll be fair that technician was a very nice guy. but the problem is higher up I had to help him all day fish wires out of the wall Bang on the wall everything, that would be appropriate if I didn't pay $430. completely unprofessional on HR electrical's part me the homeowner should not be basically a worker on my day off for something I paid to have the convenience of being done.

I really had a good experience with this company. Relocated my electrical panel from inside my house to outside house. I liked the quote I was given. Superb company.
Thank you, Brian, Ryan and Tyler.

Paul came out to do the estimating. They worked well with my budget. I'll definitely use them for future projects as well. Installed ceiling fans w/ 3 way switches and dimmers, and put an outlet on my fireplace to hang my TV. If it weren't for budget constraints, I'd have plenty more work for them. Will use again. Huge thank you to Tyler who was the electrician on the job. He did a great job keeping me updated, and actually explained things to me about what he was doing, why he was doing it, and made the process easy for me.

Well... this is the 3rd time I've called them out to handle work. Unfortunately this time it became glaringly obvious that these guys are overpriced.
Long story short, I called them in to install a new small kitchen light (not a removal of another, just splicing wire and installing) and fix my dryer not drying. Turns out the dryer is a bigger electrical issue (assessed after about 5 mins and no further action taken) and it took them 3 hours (had I known it was going to take them that long and I'd be charged for it I would of certainly do the job myself) to hang a relatively straight forward light.
That should of been $150.00 job at worst! Not a $300.00 job.

I had used this company last year and was extremely happy with their response to the issue in my home. We recently bought a business and needed the electrical system to be updated before we could get a permit so I contacted them. They did come and evaluate the space in a timely manner and stated they would get back to us regarding the quote And when they could start on the job. Not only did they never follow up, they never returned numerous calls over the next seven business days... I understand that some companies can't do electrical work on businesses as easily as homes etc, but I wish they had communicated that to us instead of using their secretary to take the messages but never calling back. We could've saved 7 to 10 days and gotten our permit much quicker had we used someone else...of note , we called someone else - he finished the job in one day and we got the permit the following day.

I hired this electrician years ago to replace my kitchen's fluorescent light bulbs and install lighting on my back porch. He started on my kitchen lights, then told me I had the wrong bulbs.
He suggested I go to Lowe's to get the right bulb. Like a trusting fool I was, I left and went to the Lowe's in Mansfield to get the right bulbs. When returned, he had finished the job and I paid him. Later on, I found the coin collections I had out were missing, talking pedometers, and other valuables.
It definitely was my fault for trusting this guy, but don't be fool like I was and leave any valuables around. If you hire him, WATCH HIM!!!
it's been more than 5 years when I signed up with Angie's List.
I DEFINITELY recognize the owners picture (PAUL) in the ad.

A nice professional man came fixed the problem. We are very happy with the service we received would recommend them to everyone.

So very thankful for HR Phoenix Electrical Services! We had a power surge at our house, our electrical panel went out, Paul came right out with his team and took great care of our family and got power back to our house within just a few hours at reasonable rates. We will for sure be calling them back for any electrical needs for our home in the future! Thanks again!
