I made an attempt to put an insulated blanket over my mother's electric water heater. In the course of doing so, I managed to cause an electric arc of epic proportion and shorted out her entire house. I checked and flipped all the breakers and no luck. I found HR Phoenix through Yelp and I am glad that I did. An electrician was at the house within 20 minutes.

Jackson was prompt, courteous, and professional. He went over everything that I did, took a look at the water heater, and ran a few tests to determine whether it was still good. He identified the wiring problem, fixed it, and then checked all of the circuit breakers to make sure that everything was good. He was very thorough and we felt like everything that needed to be checked was checked. He didn't try to upsell any products or services.

HR Phoenix's pricing was in line with the ither companies that responded to my request, but they were able to come immediately and did an excellent job. We will use HR Phoenix (and hopefully Jackson) for all of our electrician needs.

I needed electrical help on Sunday. HR Phoenix sent an electrician out around 7 PM. Tyler was quite nice and informative and looked at our situation and said that he had repaired the outlet and that Service was working when I went to make toast the next morning, I found that the electricity didn't work, I called HR back and said that the job wasn't done and that they needed to come back out. Tyler did come out the next day and repaired it.
