We got multiple bids to replace our electrical panel, knowing it was a big job. We ended up going with HR Phoenix because Paul the owner visited our home and we felt he was a straight shooter and trustworthy based on his explanation of what needed to be done, what didn't need to be done, and how he would do it. He provided a very detailed bid. We are pleased with every aspect of the job, from bid to completion. They do good work at a fair price. The electricians they sent to the house were all polished professionals and good communicators who take pride in their work. They all made sure we understood everything that was being done and that we were happy with it. I got the sense they treat their employees well and that in turn ensures that the work is first rate . They were on time, worked cleanly, respected our home and privacy, and left everything in top shape. We would use this company again, and we would recommend them.

Service writer walked with me to 1st project in the house. I asked him to walk through the house with me to note which elec outlets needed to be replaced/repaired. He said it wasn't necessary- that his tech would walk through with me when he came.

It turned out that in about 20 minutes the tech was finished with that 1st small project, having reused my old part! When I invited him to see the outlets needing replacing or repairs, he said that wasn't on his work order! THAT WAS THE BULK OF MY NEED FOR AN ELECTRICIAN!! So Phoenix charged me the standard $350 coming-out charge for a 20-minute job for which the repairman used MY OLD PART!

We contracted HR Phoenix at end of July 2024 to do a full home exterior breaker panel replacement, along with two interior sub-panels and 4 under the floor disconnect / sub-panels. Jay and his crew came out and successfully completed the 400-amp exterior panel and the two inside sub-panels in one day while coordinating with GP&L to have our home connection disabled, repaired and reconnected with a new digital meter. The scope of the work was massive and they completed quality work and cleanup (also providing a generator so we could run power to a necessary portable A/C unit and refrigerator hookup while the work was done) in a single day with their experienced crew. The 4 disconnect/ sub-panels were completed within 2 days, also with quality parts and professional labor. The overall price was competitive ( we got 3 different estimates) and we were given some price accommodations. The company owner and crew are professional experts, friendly and courteous. We highly recommend HR Phoenix for any and all electrical repair work. This is a Five Star recommendation and rating for service, quality and value!

This will be long but worth the reading if you are considering this company. I had a electrical outlet issue with caused 3 ceilings failures. The first day they came out they didn't find it and I was told they will return the next day. The next day they continue to troubleshoot and told me I needed my circuit breaker panel replaced because it was old and they could not touch it. 5 days later they replaced it but issue remained. They requested final payment for the CB panel replacement because the work was completed. So at this point I paid $600 for the first visit, $7K for the CB panel replacement and the issue remains. They told me they would return. Since they didn't label the CB panel I traced the power (their job) to label the panel and found several plugs mis wired to 240 V instead of 120 V. The tech came out corrected the issue and I found out the job really wasn't completed because they did not install the serge protected on the CB panel because they have the wrong one. So they knew the work was not completed when they asked for payment! They found the original issue and it was they first wall outlet (that I pointed out the first visit) the tech showed me the burned faulty outlet. So the CB panel did not need to be replaced at all.

I call the office with this information and to justify the replacement they told me the CB panel was sparking. At no point during this 2 1/2 ordeal did anyone say there were sparks or any fire hazards. If this were true (which it was not) this company did not notify us or warn us and between the visits it was 5 day to get on the schedule. So if we go with their excuse they left us in a danger/situation without telling us. This company can not be trusted to provide honest/accurate assessments. And to add insult to injury they tried to bill me $400 more for the last visit. The owner Paul Rylee was aware of everything so HR pls don't respond here when there was no real response when I spoke to your office! They can not be TRUSTED!

Had them put up an outdoor patio fan for us. They were super responsive, out within 24 hours, and very quick service. I would highly recommend them. We had Chris, and he was friendly, professional, and delivered quality work.
