I needed electrical help on Sunday. HR Phoenix sent an electrician out around 7 PM. Tyler was quite nice and informative and looked at our situation and said that he had repaired the outlet and that Service was working when I went to make toast the next morning, I found that the electricity didn't work, I called HR back and said that the job wasn't done and that they needed to come back out. Tyler did come out the next day and repaired it.

I could not speak more highly of Paul, Michael and the HR Phoenix team. Overnight, a large tree limb fell on our power lines, knocking out power to our home during the hot Texas summer. Around 3am, I was scrolling the internet, calling electricians and leaving messages for them, expecting calls back the next day. To my surprise, Paul picked up and was at my door at 7:30am that Sunday morning. He provided a helpful quote, walked me through the damage and sent his team over later that day. They arrived on time, worked diligently and completed high-quality work. To make things even better, the next day, Paul and his team came back over (a 45 minute drive) when the power company asked to meet with them before they would reconnect the power. I had a 10/10 experience and will be calling them again.

They responded quickly, and they installed the NEMA plug exactly as I had requested. They did good work, and there were no surprises. The plug was for a 2nd EV charger. The electrician that I used for my first charger was recommended by Tesla, and they did a sloppy job. I wish I went through Yelp instead of Tesla to find an electrician. My 2nd EV charger install with HR Phoenix was a much better experience.

I highly recommend this company for your home electrical needs. Our electrical panel was damaged during a storm and Oncor had to cut power to the house. I called 3 different electrical companies and HR Phoenix came out the next day, gave us a quote in 30 minutes and performed the work the following day! They followed up with the city inspector so that we could have power restored as quickly as possible. Good workmanship and honest people!

Last night three of our plugs in the kitchen went out while we were fixing dinner. After checking everything I knew to check I started to seek professional help. We went on Angi to find an electrician. Within a very short amount of time Paul from HR Pheonix called to see if he could be of assistance. I talked him through what had happened and what I had done so far. It wasn't an emergency so Paul suggested a service call today. They were very accommodating of my schedule and set it up for the early afternoon.
Mike B. arrived on time, within the service window. The text messages kept me informed of the appointment and of Mike's impending arrival. I showed Mike the three culprit plugs and he went straight to work. He found that all three plugs were still functioning but that they still had no power. After investigating the panel Mike discovered that our secondary generator panel was the true culprit and that it was an easy fix.
Within thirty minutes Mike had diagnosed and resolved the issue. The issue was resolved and now the bill needed to be paid. The bill was not cheap, however it was a value to me and my wife. I learned a long time
ago that you aren't just paying someone for what they do you are paying them for the knowledge and expertise that they bring. Good service is not cheap, and generally cheap service is not always that good
