Gave a time frame over the phone for appointment. Didn't show up to the time frame, gave an extra half an hour just incase and then called. He was doing other jobs. What's the point of an appointment. Waste my time. Just doesn't want to do the little jobs I guess that could turn to something bigger later.

Called made an appt to have Rick come to our house on Saturday afternoon, with the understanding that he would call if he couldn't make it. No call, and didn't show up. I called left many messages, ask him to call me back, nothing . UNRELIABLE!!!!

Very satisfied customer thanks to Rick at Howell Electric. The outlets in our kitchen stopped working all of a sudden, so we definitely went into a panic to plug the refrigerator (and food) back up asap. I tried calling a couple of other 24 hour electricians (it was 6:00 pm) and no one answered but Rick. He was very helpful even over the phone; attempting to assist my husband and I by having me take a picture of my breaker and send to him! Now that's service! Needless to say, we couldn't figure it out, so Rick came in the time frame he said he would, was professional and took all of 10 minutes to fix our problem. We will definitely use his services again!

Very happy customer. We gladly recommend Howell Electric. Rick and his assistant were very knowledgeable from the initial phone call to the completed project. His quote was fair and reasonable. You could tell they have experience. Right when they arrived at our home they proved their experience because they knew exactly what needed to be done and it was done quickly and with care. They were polite and courteous and made me feel at ease. If we ever have any other electrical needs we will definitely be contacting them again.
