I would never use Howard electric Howard drove down our street about 50 mph I pulled out somewhat in front of him to get him to slow down in a neighborhood where children are getting ready to go to school when I pulled up next to him he flipped me off and blew me kisses who want to do business with someone like that if their disrespectful on the street I'm sure the disrespectful will continue into your house

I cannot praise Chuck enough. I called about an hour ago, after 6pm on a Thursday. My garage outlets had failed. The circuit breaker reset didn't fix the problem. I expected a call back the next day sometime.

Instead, Chuck called me back within 30 minutes of my calling him. Rather than come to my house and charge me, he advised me that garage outlets are on a GFCI circuit. He told me to check the outlets and make sure the GFCI outlet wasn't popped. He stayed on the phone while I checked, and sure enough, that was the problem. No service call. NO CHARGE. Great customer service. I am impressed. Howard Electric is on my list of ""go-to"" contractors. Thanks Chuck, I hope you see this and know how much you impressed me.

Hubby and I purchased a fixer-upper home in Monterey and Chuck Howard has been our electrician from the beginning. We first hired him to upgrade our electrical service and panel. We hired him again to rewire our kitchen and bring it up to code. Were slowly beginning the process of rewiring the rest of the house and we wouldn't use anyone else. He's prompt, conscientious, meticulous in his work, always returns phone calls, and his prices are very fair :-)

Our 1960's house has some quirks which make electrical work a challenge, and as clients we have our creative quirks, too. Chuck has helped us out of both creative and technical jams by doing some custom ""tinkering"" for us, too. Amazing! He's really just the best there is.
