John Bowen is one of those rare gems that isn't out to get you to spend any more than necessary. He is knowledgeable and more than fair and is always looking out for his customers instead of his wallet. Sadly, this is something hard to find in this day and age.

I had a number of people come by here and talk to us about replacing an electric panel. As it turned out Household Elect. gave us an excellent estimate and we decided to go with them. It didn't hurt that John exudes competence and integrity.

John came out and talked to me about the project and was extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of this work and another small project that we wanted to do.

We thought we were going to have to move a waterline to the tune of about $1500 but he figured out how we wouldn't have to do that and saved us that money. When they did the panel, they found things wrong with the wiring, that they fixed, that we didn't even know about.

His crew were hard workers and highly skilled. They were pleasant and courteous, and projected competence during the whole day they worked here. If they're sent to your house to do some work, you're getting experienced workers who know what they're doing.

The project took several hours and came out GREAT. When their work was done, John stayed until the PG&E man hooked everything up. I would recommend them for any project that they choose to take on.

I chose to upgrade, and they immediately went to work and were done in short time. The new outlet looks great and works perfectly. The price was fair and for the quality of work, an excellent value. They were very helpful and knowledgable. We need some plugs check because they were not working they took care of it and they are now working great. They also upgraded a couple lights and now our hall way is not dark.

We wanted to get new wafer lights to replace the current lighting in our house. We called a couple of electric companies and got quotes. We were immediately impressed with John at Household Electric. He called and gave us a quote which seemed very reasonable. We wanted an everything included quote. Dustin and John showed up on time, introduced themselves and immediately got to work. Besides the wafer lights we also replaced an electric plug in the garage, an outdoor GFI plug and added an additional plug outlet in the bathroom as a last minute request. We highly recommend Household Electric and will be calling them back soon to have some additional electrical work done.
