We bought a new house, and this company installed the carpet. The carpet was poorly installed. All around the house, the carpet was coming off in the corners and on the edges, and was not glued properly. When we confronted them, they had a terrible attitude and began to yell and say it was not them who had done it. They had no respect for us as customers. These people were extremely rude and did not even except the blame for doing a poor job. I do NOT recommend them AT ALL. If I could, I wouldn't give them any stars at all.

Personal horrific experience: I selected hardwood flooring for entire home. Hosch installed in living room, hallway, guest bedroom and nursery, only to discover... The flooring layed in all but the nursery was different than selected. The manager argued the fact with me. Once the obvious was acknowledged, they began the labor intensive removal in the guest room, got half way through and abandoned the job. We were left with mismatched flooring, an incomplete job (hadn't gotten to master bedroom and kitchen) and a complete mess in guest room. I was tempted to sue, though since they didn't bill me I settled.
