I am also here for the reckless driver. This morning on 6/3/22 at around 7:15am on MacArthur. The driver driving the company truck with last license plate# 71073Z1. At the red light were there was other cars already stop.
The horizon truck blew through the red light without even slowing down.

The work done was fine. However, they tried billing me for more hours of labor. They ended up refunding some, because due to their own ineptitude they forwarded me emails stating they were overcharging me and trying to find a reason for it.

Carlos came out to our office promptly to fix a breaker that wasn't working properly and was making some very dangerous noises. He was quick, efficient, and found the problem right away. He helped to not only identify the initial issue, but found a few areas to improve so this doesn't happen again. We will be having them come out soon to make sure the rest of our electrical components are working properly going forward. Thank you again for the great work!

I contacted this company because I own a condo in Carlsbad and the master insurance carrier is requiring many of the homeowners to upgrade the electrical sub panels. The salesman Lamar knew we had a set a deadline and appeared to be working within the time constraints, until all communication fell apart and there were unexplained delays. 2 months later and the work still wasn't done nor could I get a firm date. This isn't a hard job and many other homeowners were able to have the work completed in a matter of days with different electricians.

I contacted a local electrician in Encinitas, got a call back within an hour and the work will be done on December 21st.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They do not stand behind their work, people in the company do not communicate with one another, they automatically look to use and charge the most expensive solution. They make several trips to figure out problems and charge you for every trip they make!

I am part of a condo complex that this company services and have been waiting for months for sidewalk and street lights over our parking to be turned back on. Learned that they came to the address I provided and said all work was complete. Oddly enough, they went to a different address and took a photo of the working lights there and showed that as proof the work was done. I received a reply asking if I'd like to show the electrician which lights I'm talking about? Fingers crossed this next visit they will be able to find my address. There was also not a simple ""sorry"" uttered for their delays and errors.

Came twice, got the exterior light working as requested, (put a hole in my drywall to do it) but left taking a light switch from inside(?!) and covering it with an ugly dummy plate and one of my inside lights now is off position when on, and on position when off. Totally messed. When asked to come back and fix the 2 problems, they didn't show at the scheduled day/time or call. I had rearranged my time to go into work for that appointment.

They did later make it back and fixed the 2 problems. All is now working.

Our condo building uses Horizon and we are not happy with their service--in fact we are looking for another.

First, they are slow. We let them know that lights aren't working and two weeks later they fix them.

Next, their technicians leave a mess. Once on my floor they left a broken light bulb with lots of small pieces of glass, which is a hazard for humans and pets. Yesterday, after finally fixing a light, there were bits of plastic and other materials littering the carpet on our floor once again.

Finally, they are super expensive. So not much good to say about their service, unfortunately.
