On-site, he showed up in a mask, and confirmed the actual situation of the subpanel & confirmed our plan before moving forward. Ryan did a good clean job adding 4 new outlets with USB and replaced 4 with USB charging outlets. Rewired Ring bell where it can charge itself. Appreciate the quick response and professionalism

In order to warm the water and the seat for a bidet, my mom who lives in Orange County needed to have an outlet installed near the toilet. After checking with a few companies on Yelp and sending photos regarding the work, Ryan was able to send me a bid fairly quickly.

Here's where the one star deduction comes in. Because I live in the San Francisco Bay area, I flew down a day before our scheduled appointment because I wanted to ensure that the job was successful. An hour before the appointment, I received a text from Ryan explaining that he needed to reschedule for Monday. Because of my work, I had to leave before Monday.

According to my mom, Ryan showed up on Monday, but not during the time specified which worried me because of the previous cancellation. In fact, I had to text Ryan and ask if he was still going to do the work.

After the job was done, my mom said Ryan did a good job. See the photos. If you are flexible, then Honest Electric is a good choice.
