These guys came highly recommended to me from several people. Well, they were right!

The sales guy, James, was zero high pressure and ended up getting us a system for $2000 less than the exact same system from another contractor.

The entire installation took about four hours and the guys completely cleaned up after themselves.

They gave me a 10 year parts and labor warranty that the other guys wanted to charge for. and added things like extra carbon monoxide sensors and an extra circuit breaker at no charge. They had to take out my attic steps to get the unit up there (the opening was too small) and did that at no extra charge as well (other guys - $400).

And to top it all off, there's a minor technical issue with getting my $250 PEC rebate for installing a new energy efficient HVAC system so Honest AC is paying it to me instead of PEC since they had told me I would qualify.

I can't say enough good about these guys. I won't use anyone else!

My air conditioner stopped cooling and I wanted to look at some options and quotes. Honest Air was one of the 3 I reached out to. The analysis by all 3 companies were that I needed to replace my coil or get a new HVAC. They were the only company that actually called the manufacturer to make sure my coil was not covered under warranty rather than assuming it and getting me to buy a new unit. Turns out I had about 2 months remaining and they only charged me a reasonable price on the labor. The actual work performed was quick and professional.

We had our heating unit go out during one of the recent cold spells. We called the next morning and someone was there to look at it that same day before 5 pm. It turned out the sensor just needed to be cleaned. That's it. They could have told me the entire unit was blown and I wouldn't have known the difference. I am so thankful for a company that stands by their name. The guys that came out were professional, friendly and trustworthy. I called this week to pay our bill and the representative that answered the phone was professional friendly as well. You won't go wrong by selecting Honest Air.

Honest Air Conditioning and plumbing installed our Trane heat pump unit 2 years ago next month, and we couldn't be happier with the unit, and the service we still get with HAC&P!! They come out every 6 months to change the filter and to also check the unit to make sure everything is running smooth and right. They ask us if there are any question or if we have noticed anything different with the unit. (which there hasn't been, it's a Trane after all LOL) Great group of employees and great service all around still to this day!!

We had our fall/winter check-up done today by Rick. He called when he was on his way and is very personable and professional. He explained what he would do and afterwards, the results of his service. He made recommendations for improving our air quality and assured us that we could call any time if there is an emergency. He finished in a timely manner. Rates are reasonable, including service contract rates. This company came highly recommended and we will pay it forward.

They did a very good job and certainly deserve the multitude of great reviews that they have gotten. I can now see why they come so highly recommended. The workman ship and professionalism was very good and when they left my house it was probably cleaner than when they got there. They vacuumed and were very diligent and paid attention to every small detail. Great company.

This AC company was recommended to me by a work friend. Who had a new AC system installed by them. I have to say that they are truly looking after the customer but they have one flaw. I know that no company is perfect but Honest Air Conditioning really needs to improve in the communication department.

There were many times where the communication between the different folks at Honest Air Conditioning was not all there. Cody had explained that he was going to have my unit include a filter riser, so that I could use standard filter size, instead of the weird size that the original filter box located in the wall below the AC closet is. That didn't happen because the installer team would not want to relocate the drain pipe.

I was told that I would get a generous supply of filters because of this mishap, they only left like 2 extra filters.

I was also told that there would be a 6mo checkup, it has been 7mo and I have not received any call or follow up from Honest Air Conditioning.

Even though the job got done, there were many moments where I wasn't clear on what the direction was or how they would solve the little odds and ends.

Just had my 14 year system go out, got a couple fair quotes and the availability to come do it the next day. We went with the higher end system and signed up. Communication was frequent and thorough and Justin and his crew came in, worked cleanly and efficiently with timeframe updates as well as detailing how to use the system and the new technology behind it. We were really pleased with the service and honesty behind it. We will recommend them in the future.
