The employee who responded did a great job and I was satisfied with his work. The owner/manager Broc, was another story. I did not receive a estimate or a quote on what the service call amount charged would be. When to service person arrives and assessed the problem a asked what the charges would be. He quoted how long it would be, 1 hour. Which he was there less than an hour. When I was billed $200.00 I paid the bill but sent an email asking if that was their Hourly rate was $200.00. I did not receive a response and sent another email which also went unanswered. The service provided was a simple reconnection of a ceiling fan that was already installed. My suggestion to you would be to get a firm estimate before the work is done and not to wait for the bill. The service was on a Saturday and I was not challenging the ammount, all I wanted to know was their service call fee so I would know if I should use this company in the future.

Homewize came out promptly, Broc took the time to fully diagnose the problem and provided solutions that worked. A full section of our house was without power and they were able to get us back up and running in only a few hours. Broc and Homewize Electric are very reliable and professional. I Highly recommend.

I recently has Homewize come back out to my home and install a security system, ring doorbell, security camera's and some lights around my house. Broc and his team takes their time and make sure their work is clean, tidy and works right the first time!

I have used Homewize Electric two times in the past. Always a good experience with Matt and Brock. Called them a couple weeks ago and Matt gave me an estimate and although their was no hurry for the repair Matt gave me an appointment for later in the day. Surprisingly, he didn't show or call. My wife messaged him to say if it was more convenient for him we could reschedule for the following week. No response. I gave Homewize a positive review in the past and sorry we couldn't get together this time.

Matt worked hard to install 4 ceiling fans where there were no boxes in the ceiling. He amazed me with his ability to do this without having to go up into the attic! He also installed 3 under counter led lights in our kitchen. Very good electrician! He can do what most handymen can't. Give him a call.
