constantly having to ask for things you already paid for, poor workmanship, constant liking and blaming other people. he was even nice enough to carve his name into our front porch

I would not hire Homerun Construction & Maintenance (Tino). This company is poorly managed, there isn't any oversight of the work, and many mistakes will be made. You will have to manage the job yourself, and repeatedly ask for things you paid for to be done.

In April my home incurred water damage that was caused by a roof leak and a slab leak. Both of thee leaks became insurance claims and I began hiring contractors to complete the work approved by my insurance company.

I hired HomeRun Construction and Maintenance to repair the outdoor closet that contained the water heater and water softener. HRM was also supposed to also repair the areas that were damaged by the water the came into the home: internal closet drywall/ trim, master bedroom vanity drywall/ trim, and bathroom vanity/dryall/trim.

Cons:
-HRM claimed that they would be the ones doing the work. The truth was HRM hired handymen to do the work without supervision a majority of the time.

-Bathroom vanities were installed incorrectly and in the wrong places.

-Entire payment was required upfront, and then subpar work followed.

-HRM left trash piles in my backyard and garage for a week. I had to make multiple requests for the stuff to be hauled away. I still had to pick up and entire trash bag worth of trash they left behind.

- The entire job was mismanaged. HRM claimed to not know about the items that needed to be installed, even though the items were sent via e-mail one month prior to the job beginning. I incurred an additional $1160 because if this mismanagement.I have requested at least five times the estimate to recoup costs from my insurance company. I was told this document was e-mailed. It wasn't. I was also told I would receive it via text. I didn't.

-The work had to be redone multiple times. One of the vanities was sagging after one week of installation. I requested the vanity be fixed. HRM claimed to not be responsible if the vanities fell of the wall and said that they were unable to do this kind of work (wall mounted vanities). HRM hired another handyman to re-do the installation, and this person shared that a few screws were missing, which screws that were causing it to come away from the wall with the possibility of falling.

- HRM shared that they were doing my a favor that this whole project was a custom job that weren't able to do. The inability to do the job was not shared prior to accepting payment and cashing payment.

Pros:
-The contractor that came to re-do some of the subpar work for HRM did an excellent job. The work looked good.

- Instead of painting just the area of drywall that was repaired, HRM painted the whole closet.
