If you are thinking of having your alarm monitored, DON'T use Home Pro. We have not had a working alarm with them for over a year and a half. We had 2 service calls, nothing was done. We had to pay for both service calls for nothing. We tried calling their loyalty department with no response. We have cancelled the monitoring with them in writing 3 times. We are still getting bills, texts and emails daily. Today we received a bill for November. Their lack of customer service shows everyday. I paid them $44.00 a month for over a year because they were supposed to come and upgrade our system for free. I couldn't cancel because when I bought a back up battery from them for $99.00 they stuck in a 5 year contract without telling me. I finally got through to get out of the contract but I am stilled billed. I told them to stop or I will charge them for the over $700.00 that should be reimbursed to me. Sorry for the long story just BEWARE OF HOME PRO. We do have an alarm from another company now.
