I called this place to get an actual quote for installing an additional power outlet in my second floor loft. I gave them pretty good details on what I needed exactly i.e where the nearest power source is, the exact distance to it, and the actual location of where the additional outlet was to be installed. They responded that they would need to come and visit my house to give me an actual quote . I agreed to the visit and agreed to meet with them next day at 3pm. The next day, they did not show at 3pm. I did not get a call that they would be late. As a matter a fact , they called at 3:45 , and apologized that they got caught up doing another job. They asked me again over the phone what I needed, as if my detailed request from the day before wasn't enough . I re-iterated the same details , and then all of a sudden they were able to give me a quote over the phone.
That's understandable. However that is not an excuse to not call me ahead of time to let me know they were running late not even planning to show up at all. As a potential customer , it almost seemed as if they had no intention of coming to my house to give me an actual quote. Please re-train your staff for consistency and please don't waste people's time. Nobody likes to wait around for someone , who calls 40-45 minutes after the scheduled appointment. Only to find out the electrician wasn't even planning to make the visit and simply give a quote over the phone.

They were very polite each time they came, very polite on the phone as well. They troubleshoot the issues and were able to fix what was wrong. Very satisfied with their service. Wore masks and made sure i was content with the work done.

Called shortly after noon on a Monday (in excess of 100 degrees) after a/c technician advised there was no problem or issue with our downstairs a/c unit that had ceased working Saturday afternoon. Frank was kind enough to work us into Homeland's busy schedule and Raul arrived as scheduled and completed the repairs professionally and expeditiously. I've used them twice to do work in my home. The did electrical work in my patios, added two fans and awesome dimmers. The also added dimmers, electrical and outlets outside, inside and garage. They are clean and affordable. Super friendly and helpful. I would use them again!

Had a great experience working with Luis and Frank to upgrade my electrical panel to 200AMPs. Luis showed up to the house at 8am sharp and worked diligently to remove the old panel and prepare for the new one. Although fairly young, I was very impressed with Luis attention to detail and knowledge. Frank showed up to help and together they exceeded my expectations.

Communication with Frank was great. He's very responsive and detailed in explaining the extent of the work needed to complete the job. Comparing it to the few estimates I received they outshined all others with the amount of work they do and their very competitive price.

Job was completed in a few hours, inspection passed and he sent someone to repair the stucco and paint!

Thanks again guys, looking forward to having you guys again for a few other projects in the near future.

I contacted four electricians for a quote to upgrade some lighting in my bathroom, my bedroom, and install an outlet in my closet. Three of the four couldn't even get out to see me within two weeks. Not only did Daniel show up the same day but he installed within the week and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them for all of your electrical needs. You can't go wrong. Friendly, professional, hard workers, and totally back up their word with efficient action. I'll echo what others said in that Daniel asked me a lot of questions to help me decide on exactly what I wanted. He was very helpful from start to finish. I'll never contact anyone else!
