Mike Lerner worked on many projects in my home for 9 years. He was always extremely professional, kind, and he would solve issues with all my repairs. He could do multiple fixes from electrical, working on my crawlspace, installing humidifiers, christmas lights, helping with tv wall installs, pictures, drapes, outdoor security install, painting, etc. this list is long. He didn't waste my time and worked to an excellent standard, and informed me when i needed special services, and sometimes managed them for me. I would highly recommend.

Called to ask about a carpentry project that was one part of a larger home improvement project. I asked him if he was interested. He asked me a question or two and then I received a 20 minute arrogant lecture about how I was doing my entire project wrong. I think he was trying to give me advice, but they way it was delivered was so negative and condescending, I felt like a kid getting lectured about misbehaving. I really wanted to hang up on him, but my mother raised me better. I wouldn't hire him if he was the last handyman on earth.

I had an electrical issue with my bathroom and reached out for assistance. Mike arranged to come out the next business day in the evening after to take a look. Mike was in constant communication with me as the day went on and was pushing out into the evening. Mike never tried to reschedule, he stuck by his commitment to come out that night. While the issue turned out to be something far more extensive than could be done that evening, he provided good explanation of what was going on, and ultimately recommended that given his other commitments, and the level of work required, that I might seek an electrician, and provided a couple recommendations. I truly appreciated Mike's communication through out the process, and his knowing when I should go with a specialist. I got a great feeling in my limited interaction with him and will be calling Mike in the future for other projects.
