WAY OVERPRICED! Frank L., GM & owner's estimate to replace a garage fan motor was $585.00. Another contractor did the job in under one hour for $159.00, complete. We are senior citizens living on a fixed income and I am a disabled 100% Veteran. I called and complained and Frank adjusted the estimate down to around $425.00. I feel this company is taking advantage of older senior citizens and Home Team Electric has no heart and is ripping folks off. I sent them a letter of complaint in this regard and I am a retired contractor myself and I scolded Frank well; I only hope they stop their price gouging poor seniors on fixed incomes.
BUYER BEWARE! Oh, they refund their service call of $69.00 after I complained.

Really good work on replacing an electrical socket on my house. The technicians are always friendly. The problem is, this time the electricians left the entire face off of my breaker panel. I had to wait four days to get it placed back on.

I was able to get an appointment quickly, it was made clear to me that the technician would arrive in a clearly marked company vehicle, in uniform and would have ID. The Technician's arrived on time, he even called to confirm prior to arrival and inquired the correct directions. Our house is on a non maintained county road, and I appreciate the fact he listened and followed our directions. after diagnosing the problem he sat with us and explained the needed repair and full cost. we approved and he was finished with the repair within the hour. I recommend this very professional local business and know that I can count on them in the future.

These guys do great work. Very professional. I had two jobs done really well. Third call, I had old box and weatherhead that needed upgrade. They quoted me $5672, $2600 over average and $1600 over high end as per multiple credible sources on the internet. So I will keep my old box or look elsewhere. You will get a great job with these guys, just be careful with the price.
