I found Randy through Tesla's authorized installer list after I purchased my Model 3. He responded within a few hours and was very good with communication. His prices were fair for the area and he patiently explained my options over the phone.

After comparing his response time, courteousness, clarity in communication, and prices to another competitor, I decided to go with HNES because they were superior in all four of these aspects. We agreed on a dedicated NEMA 14-30 plug, with a nominal down payment over credit card, and he sent his team to install within a week. The installation took about 2 hours and was very professionally done; I was impressed with the quality of materials used.

Permit inspection took another month and a half to schedule with the city, but again, the team was on time and the permitting took around 30-45 minutes only, which was quick. Afterwards, they emailed me the proof of permitting, and I paid the balance owed for the job.

We found Randy on yelp search and hired him to wire the whole house for cable and internet(ethernet ports in different rooms, patch panel etc). The guys that came to do the job were very courteous, cleaned up after themselves and the job looks very neat. Can't ask for more. Know a good electrician? As a home owner it is a question asked often. I have asked it over and over through the years and now I have the answer the next time someone ask me. Home Networks, Electric and Solar was the 4th different electrician I have used in the past 5 years and they will be the last one I use and the first one I call. Randy smoothly set up my appointment and Brandon showed up 15 minutes early ready to work. Not only was the job performed clean and professional in the rain. Brandon also made some safety suggestions based on the age of my children. My daughter had no power in her bedroom and the last electrician could not remedy the problem without cutting holes in the wall for rewiring. Brandon choose the right way and not the easy way. He rewired from under my home in a very narrow crawl space! No extra holes, wall plates or touch up paint needed. Thank you Randy and Brandon. Your excellence is appreciated.
