Thanks for the response. I think it important to potential customers requiring electrical assistance (and contract work in general) to know that your ""worst case estimate"" was more than 4 times what I ended up paying for the project. This stunt is further evidence of the need for multiple estimates to insure against less than scrupulous contractors.

They preformed work and I gave them a check. They edited check to add $100 - I found out from the bank. I called them: nothing. Then I filed a report w/ FBI. Waiting for it to be resolved....

Our house had electrical issues due to the adjoining house having a fire. We needed assistance right away and reached out to yelp. HBM responded and came out immediately. Technician came out and gave us a thorough inspection. Even discussed with higher ups, our situation is/was stressful and we appreciate all of their time in helping us.

Unfortunately their answering service does not properly disseminate the service request to the technician. We waited for 10 hours and followed up multiple times. We finally got a call back from a technician who never got the service request and it was too late for him to come. Wish we knew earlier so we could have made other arrangements

Never received a reply for the request I sent to have my air ducts cleaned so their follow up is already suspect.

I want to give the highest marks to Holiday Beach Mechanical. Annette, the receptionist, was very accommodating in getting a service technician out to the house for a plumbing appointment the day I called. Daniel came out promptly and gave us several options for fixing our broken disposal and completed the job cordially and promptly. I felt the cost was was in line with the amount of work done, the time spent, and the demographics of the area. Communication, punctuality, and customer confidence are very important to me. I was impressed with the total organization and intend to keep them on the books for further home repair.
