DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I paid $49 for a service call and the only thing I got were scare tactics and an aggressive sales pitch. I complained and was promised a refund that I've not received. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Outrageously expensive! I needed a breaker added to solve a double tap situation, He was here 20 minutes and I was charged $283. THAT'S $14 A MINUTE! I live on Social Security. This is criminal.

Beware of Hoffman Electrical!!!- I called them to do A/C tune-up special my three Lennox A/C units. They sent two technicians out, however did not do anything, but opened-up the upper part all 3 units and to sell three lamps for against the molds for $1,850.00. However, I agreed to pay their fees for the tune-ups.
When I asked Kristina/Hoffman Electric co. - What is included in their A/C tuna-up special? She never replied. Then I had to call and pay another company to do requested work.

I needed to have my electrical connection to my water heater checked. They quoted me a $49.00 service call charge. The guy was here 5 minutes, took 2 panels off my water heater, said, ""You need a new water heater. That will be $379.00."" When I called the company to complain, the woman on the phone says, ""We are a christian, family run company""

OK, that bait and switch, I don't think Jesus would approve of your ""family values"". RIP OFF.

John and Andrew were so helpful today! They came in and addressed several issues that we were having with our electric. They fixed wiring that was done incorrectly by a previous service company. Both were extremely nice and I highly reccomend! Thank you for your service!

Extremely expensive and uses a teaser rate to get in the door. Quoted me $88 to show up and diagnose problem and was advised that it would he applied towards the repairs if authorized to proceed. Technician showed up and then advised there would be a $379 ""diagnostic fee,"" even though the issue was clearly the light switch as the light fixture was brand new. Less than an hour worth of work and a huge bill later, significantly displeased is an understatement. I've handled several renovation projects and this company charges triple. Beware of the Teaser Rates and stay away altogether. Replacing a simple light switch should not be $300+

Charged us triple the amount of other companies for 2 hours...Didn't figure out the problem...never got fixed and kept saying didn't know diagnosis. 2 hours later not one thing fixed and charged us $450 and said they would continue charging $450 every hour. Scam. Gave my husband homework to do to help fix problem. He is not an electrician. 3 months later, still not fixed. We will be going with another company who has integirity and charges reasonable prices.
