Chris helped me install a 240v outlet, two ceiling fans, and a coax port. Not only was he on time but very professional and conversational. We found Chris to be very reliable and efficient in his responsiveness to our kitchen outlet problem. He gave us needed advice about upgrading to separate dedicated outlets to manage issues when using too many small appliances that were overloading the circuits. He also went above and beyond fixing an outlet cover in the tile backsplash that was not put on correctly by the previous tile setter. We hired HOERTZ ELECTRIC to update the outlets in our older home, bringing them up to code. They installed GFCI outlets throughout the entire kitchen, and grounded multiple outlets throughout the house.

Chris, the owner of HOERTZ Electric and Michael, also installed a ""dedicated circuit"" so that we could use a portable AC unit in the home. They were very thorough, inquiring about our usage of power, making sure we would have enough added power to have everything functioning properly.

In addition, Chris restored power to the video doorbell, installing a new transformer, making the doorbell and outdoor camera fully functional again.

Chris and Michael were both extremely easy to work with, making sure we were 100% satisfied with everything done. Their work was done neatly and in a timely manner. They arrived promptly at 9 AM, our scheduled appointment time.

We could not be happier with all the work that was done to our home. We would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
