Excellent service! Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. All points of contact were very positive. We will use them again. We had an attic fan and a ceiling fan installed. They came out for an estimate to review the work (small fee) and have a fair estimate. The install went smooth and the electrician was friendly, gave good advice, and was super efficient.

I had a bright idea that I'd like to install a chandelier in my dining room, but no idea where to start! After finding the perfect fixture, I turned to Home Depot Referral for an electrician.

Hitek Electrical was the first to respond to me with a live person and Marianna was helpful over the phone. She arranged for someone to come in for the initial consultation and set clear expectations on cost and timing.

Once all the parts arrived, she promptly called me back to schedule time for the installation. It was completed within a few hours and I'm loving my new fixture.

I met with two different techs and they were both professional and respectful. Arrived on time, wore shoe covers, and did not leave a mess. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Aurelio first came to my house and accessed the installation. He was very professional and informed me exactly what will need to happen. He later sent me a detailed estimate for the pendant and recessed lighting.
Edgar and his team showed up for the installation. They too, were professional and worked through some roadblocks due to pipes in the ceiling and walls with no additional cost.
They left very little holes for me to patch. I am very pleased with their work and will use them again in the future.

I contacted Hitek Electrical to replace a bathroom fan and four under-counter kitchen lights and am very glad that I did. They responded to my request right away, were professional on the phone, Aurelio arrived on time to view the job and draw up an estimate. I thought I would have to replace the whole fan but Aurelio said only the motor needed to be replaced which would not only be less expensive, it would not require cutting into my ceiling to install an entire new fan. I was happy to hear that. He also suggested which kind of under-counter lights to get. I received the estimate within a couple hours, the cost was reasonable and included Hitek getting all the parts, and we scheduled the job. Aurelio completed the job within two hours, cleaned up afterwards, and I am very happy with the results. I would definitely call Hitek again.

Hitek employees are professional, thorough, prompt, and friendly (calling me day-of, sending estimates day-of, Aurelio showing up at the top of the 2h window and thoroughly explaining every step).
