Reason for hiring: my nest thermostat wasn't powering up.

Reason for being upset: Isaac took on a job that he did not have experience with (hvac system).

Outcome: I paid $150 for an unresolved problem!

Solution: walk away from jobs if you don't have the experience..it doesn't waste your time and the clients money!

At my front door about 15-20 mins. after calling them. First hour $160. I'm no guru on electrician prices, but I feel it was a fair price considering what was accomplished. Hardware replaced and multiple outlets back up and running. Further, when he completed what I asked for, he found other tweaks to be made without any prompting. One of which was a self-fix he really didn't need to advise me of. Yes, I'll be calling again if I have any issues.

I am a local Handyman in Ladera Ranch and do only very minor electrical, I have referred Hit the Lights to many of my clients and have always got fantastic feedback. Electricity is very tricky and should only be done by a licensed professional electrician to avoid potential shock dangers and insurance problems in case of a malfunction.
