Jeff R.I'm a disabled Iraq veteran. When my old HVAC bit the dust I was recommended an independent veteran for veterans contractor to help rectify the situation. Turns out it was a scammer who wasn't licensed, never fully installed the unit, took my money, & ran. I called on Hiller to help me to complete the installation of the unit I was left with. The technician they sent out did an initial inspection, & when he called it in to his higher ups about the situation they told him, ""NO! Don't touch it. Tell the guy to keep calling the guy who scammed him to complete the installation."" They literally told me to keep calling on a guy who had robbed me to complete the job. That's the compassion you can expect from Hiller.
