To anyone who needs an electrician! Heed my warning THIS GUY IS A SCAM! He takes payment in advance, he schedules a date with you then BS you the entire day with horrible response times. The guys name/ owner is jason! He is a fraud!!! DO NOT USE HIM OR HIS CRAPPY COMPANY! He still never showed up and kept delaying me all day and when I did my final call still didn't answer! So I'm reversing my charge! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN! he will scam you and not do the job NOR courtesy to reply back.

I booked his ass out a week ago and he said he would be here In The afternoon (not an exact time... RED FLAG) then on said day he responded late and said I'll be there from 2:30-5:30. I told him okay but update me so I'm not just waiting at my house. He was sketchy about his response times kept saying 45 mins out... 45 mins later ""ohhhh I was in traffic and I'm 10 mins away"" 30 mins later STILL NOTHING!!! He is a fucking scam! Do NOT USE HIS COMPANY DO NOT! And don't pay in advance! He needs to show up in person which he never did!!! I hope you go out of business for treating people like that

Shout out to Eric and Lewis who installed an outlet to our screened in pool enclosure. They had to dig up the yard to run the new line from the outside panel (layman's terms) and did a good job at cleaning up. Everything looked really good and they were very professional and friendly. They also installed a new fan and total home power surge protector; something we hope we never need but feel more comfortable having it.

This is our 3rd time having used High Tower and they have always been ontime, professional and do outstanding job. I would definitely recommend them.

We Called them out to our house for a short they came out replaced three switches with a trainee spent about 1/3 of the time teaching which I'm not sure why the owner would need to pay for teaching time Said they ran out of parts and would have to come back charged us $500 and said they wanted an additional 1,000$ to finish the job but they never came back however it turned out to be a good thing I looked at their work two of the switches were cracked that they installed I had to re-replace them and I found the original short within 20 minutes cost $10 to fix and 30 minutes of my time

I called this morning because we were having an issue with a breaker tripping and figured I would make an appointment for this week. Jason told me he could have someone out between 3 & 5 pm. Dan called me around 3 pm and said he would arrive in about an hour. The breaker need to be replaced and they tightened up the other loose connections. Quick service, excellent communication, friendly staff, upfront pricing, and I will call Hightower Electric for any of our future electrical needs! I highly recommend this company!!

I hired Hightower for a job at our Condominium community. They arrived on time and had the work completed before the inspectors arrived. The inspectors signed off on everything. We had issues with the power company coming out in a timely manner and Jason's crew stayed until late in the evening to ensure the work was done properly at no additional charge. I will definitely hire them again in the future!
