After looking high and low for someone to install a mantle on to a brick fireplace, they were the only one who responded to my request. A bit pricey, but they can afford to be bc obviously, they were the only ones willing to do the project. However, they were upfront on their pricing. $600 for a day. They said they normally don't do such small projects but we're willing to do it at a price for half day. It only took him a little over an hour.
His correspondence was quick and clear. He arrived on time and was friendly through the communication exchange and the work.

I am very happy with the results and already plan on using them for other small projects.

Got 7 interior doors and a French door slab installed for $2000. They were doors I brought from Home Depot. They explained that there will be some damage to the frame because they have to hit it with a sledgehammer. Got some cracks on my wall and ceiling but I expected that. One of the heavier doors started to sag and won't close right. Toby wanted $400 to come out and fix that and told me I should have gotten custom doors. I feel like if the doors fit perfectly I could have done it myself. Bottom line is I should have hired a door company that have warranty on their work. You guys decide yourself.

What can you say about a business that answers your emergency request to show up the same day to start a job another company bailed on, then spends their entire weekend making sure you are all set to go for your new kitchen installation Monday? This company killed it. Everything was perfect. Clean, straight, and precise. And we've never had someone work so hard for us. We actually paid more than what the original pricing was because they stayed so late to make sure it was done on time. I don't know what more I can say, except that it really felt like they were as invested in our project being great as we were. Five stars all the way.

Tobby responded the same day to my request and one of his guys was out the next day. Really nice guy, Matt, had my lights working in 10 minutes. I showed him other things I needed done, replacing a bathroom fan and shower cartridge and he knew just what to do. I now have a working fan and non leaking shower! Better than that, I have someone I know I can trust that will get the jobs done and for a great price. This company is out to help people get the job done without charging crazy prices. Defiantly will be calling them back!!

They came did my first job at a reasonable price and it was well done. Then they came a second time and rush to complete the job leaving my drywall poorly done and the light fixture wobbly. I call they said they would complete the job in the desired manner it has been over a month. They are friendly and pleasant but that will not fix my drywall or light fixture.

This is a family owned business of two brothers. They did beautiful work with the initial job that I hired them for, and then were open to helping out with a number of other tasks that I needed help with. I am so grateful to have such an awesome team to help me out. Thank you, Toby and Matt!

So, long story short, employee A comes and gives me a quote for $X (for several tasks) and could start work immediately. I think about it over weekend and ask if I was trying to negotiate a lil more pressure washing for same price. OWNER responds saying they couldn't do pressure washing for original price but would do it for an ADDITIONAL $300 . I was like really? Ur guy told me $X and now u jacking me up $300 even tho YOUR EMPLOYEE gave me that price? He responded and told me it was an estimate and that no deal was in place AND that he was now booked out 3 months, ALL OF A SUDDEN. Nonetheless, went on to find a guy who did great work, courteous, and on time and budget!

Toby did the best job ever He did a demolition in my backyard and made it look so good. It was so much work that no one else could have done a better job. He is enjoyable to talk to also.

They responded and came out to give an estimate promptly. Good communication via text and phone. Started working on time and finished on time with excellent quality of work. I have dealt with many handyman that are unreliable, lacking in communication, no shows, etc. It was such a pleasure to work with Higher Level Handyman. I definitely recommend them highly.
