Power was out this morning, only our street in the county. Excellent timing! Our power wasnt supposed to come on after being cut off at 9am.. PP estimated our power to be back in by 1230pm. My power was back on by 11! They did an excellent job and were very responsive when I called the company. Great work. Highly recommend

All of the outlets on one side of my wall stopped working, and High Voltage was out within a day and had everything ship-shape within an hour of being here. Randy and his son were both kind and prompt and they did a fantastic job. I wish I could give more stars! Highly recommend.

When calling around after Pacific Power cut our power due to salt water corrosion in our breaker box, we got estimates for 2-3 weeks out from other companies. Thankfully, Randy returned our call within ten minutes, came out within an hour to give an estimate, and was getting the permit and working within the hour. We had a new breaker box and power by the end of the day. The next day, we got a follow up check-in phone call to make sure everything seemed to be working to our satisfaction- great customer service, and much appreciated!

If I could give High Voltage a 10 star rating I would.!!!!!

Okay so we ordered a hot tub from Home Depot , waited the full 3 months for it to come in and in the meantime we called the owner ""High voltage "" Randy was at our place within a couple hrs to give an estimate. On how much it would cost to put in a 50 amp.

Needless to say , the night before it was to be delivered they ""Home Depot"" sent an email saying it was no longer in stock .

I never called or texted High voltage letting them know our dilemma.

We ordered a new one from orley's in Medford, waited another two months or so for an actual hot tub to arrive, to our surprise it actually came in .

Randy probably thought we wrote him off since he had not heard from us in like 5 mths . I called him the day it showed up and he said he had a huge job he was working on this week. But if we didn't find anyone else by the end of the week just give him a call .

We definitely didn't want anyone else so we waited and sure enough, "" They"" Randy AND his son were here 1st thing thins morning they did an outstanding job.!!!!!

. We now have our hot tub up and running . I seriously could not EVER ask for anyone better than them . His son knew exactly what he was doing.....They were extremely professional and friendly and even nice to our dogs that wouldn't leave them alone ~ We were VERY impressed with the amount they charged us for the amount of work they did ... I would recommend High Voltage over anyone else ~

High Voltage Electrical is awesome! They came and hooked up my brand new spa in a short times notice! Great guys!!! Did a wonderful job running the lines down to the end of my deck where we wanted our spa for the years of enjoyment ahead! I would recommend them to everyone for their Electrical needs!!! We should have known better, because every reputable electrical contractor was already busy with other projects.
First-the bill was not itemized or detailed, when we complained we were given meaningless data that did not correspond to our remodel.
Second-we were hourly for the crew, which could not complete a task without stopping to use their cell phones to skip or choose other music.
Third-inept placement of thermostats so low that any child could easily reach while an adult would need to bend over to adjust.
Fourth-when we insisted that the owner, Randy Duncan, needed to be there to supervise, he yelled and insisted that he did not need to babysit his crew. Because of endless issues this was clearly not the case!!
Fifth-he installed used breakers, used wood screws for light fixtures, installed breakers that did not connect to anything.
Sixth-crew attempted to mount a porch light five feet from ground - luckily we caught them before they drilled the hole.

18 months after construction was completed half of the house electrical failed and we had to call Crescent Electric to repair poor installation- and we also learned of the many errors that High Voltage performed.
We paid (overpaid) promptly yet High Voltage took 3 months to provide us with an invoice.

High Voltage Electric is your typical ""screw the customer""
business. I contacted the owner ""Randy"" to proof my electrical wiring and he sent out his kid ""Wyatt"" to do the job. Wyatt, in his adolescence wisdom, placed two plug outlets conspicuously in the middle of outside wall where it looks very unsightly and gets rain running down over it.
When Randy finally showed up on the job site, he winched at the sight of the outlets conspicuous placement at first, then tried to cover his ass and shrugged off his sons handiwork.
When I inquired as to having the outlet relocated and the hardi-plank damage repaired from the improper electrical outlet installation, High Voltage Electric owner, Randy just shrugged and tossed me a waterproof outlet cover and said he needed a vacation.
Obviously I won't be requesting services from High Voltage Electric anymore.
I suggest others steer clear of Randy's shady business.
High Voltage Electric is just another Crescent City business that screws the customer as hard as they can knowing that once the customer realizes how High Voltage Electric was not a honest and responsible business owner.

It is unbelievably difficult to get an electrician in Crescent City on short notice, but that's what we needed. The power was out and the power company told us only an electrician could fix the problem. I frantically called people all day explaining that the power was out and we needed help soon and no one was willing to help us (""sorry we are going to pass on the job"" or ""we won't be able to help for 2-3 weeks""). But after business hours ended on my day of need I got a call from the owner of High Voltage electric offering help. The owner himself came out on his day off the very next day to help us. He worked fast and efficient, and his rates were more than reasonable. In our time of need, only High Voltage helped us. I can not recommend them highly enough and will not use the services of any other electrician in the area. If you need an electrician, these guys are the best in the area.
