I hired High Volt Electric to come out and fix a power outage I was experiencing. The technician fixed the issue quickly (less than 30 mins), the charge was 40% less than any other estimate that I had gotten. When I asked about it the tech told me that customer service is the priority at any job.

Above the work the tech also took a look at other circuits. When I asked why, he said ""based on the age of the house there may be other issues. No pressure just a check up"". He completed the assessment and gave me his recommendations. When I asked what the charge was for the evaluation he said, ""nothing"". He said, ""the companies priority is making sure that all our electrical needs, now or in the future, are diagnosed properly"".

Lastly, the tech was very clean; left no mess for me to clean up like other contractors. The tech was very professional and smelled very nice, again, not like other contractors who come in with tattoos, smelling like a dumpster, and talk to me like they are in the ghetto or with attitude like I am inconveniencing them by calling them to come out. You could tell, as young and the tech was (maybe 21), that he knew what he was talking about and knew the CA State Electrical Codes.

Later that day my uncle came over. He was an electrician before he retired back in the 90's. He took a look at the work and said, ""I have never seen such clean work done in a long time and they used new materials and not old stuff like most contractors do to save money."" He also went on to say, ""they actually put in connectors exactly the way the CA State Code requires"". He was blown away at the work. When I showed him the bill he was in AWE at how minimal the charge was. He stated, ""Back in my day I would have charged you 3x's that and that was back in the 90's"".

I truly appreciate High Volt for their work and appreciate their professionalism and dedication to the customer.

I am so happy that I called High Volt Electric. My electrical panel was so old and causing so many problems. They were quick to come over and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They got to the root of the problem. They were on time. They sent over two very professional, knowledgeable electricians and they worked so hard all day and put a great new panel in.

Karo, the manager is so pleasant and cooperative and easy to talk to. They are fair and they do GREAT WORK! It's always difficult to trust contractors and I have to say, I will for sure use them the next time i need electrical work.

Don't hesitate to use them, they are very fair and very good at what they do.

This is the second time that I called High Volt Electric to do electrical work in my home. They know what they are doing. Their customer service is the best. I also love that they are always available for emergencies.

The first time I had called them regarding a charging station for my Chevy Volt electric car. They installed a charging station within few hours in my garage. They are very knowledgeable in the type of work they do.

I highly recommend High Volt Electric. They have really reasonable fees as well.
