Adel came 30 minutes after my frantic call. Half of the house was in the dark! With my sick 89 year old mother-in- law I was panicking... He spend over an hour trying to figure out the problem... checking all the outlets, the fuses, indoor, outdoor... and finally after great patience Adel find the short circuited issue. A great relieve! Adel was efficient, polite, and extremely friendly.

First things first: if you're having the same trouble I did finding someone to service/install your wall/window unit, look no further. High Tech is your solution.

Needed someone to complete the installation of an 18,000 BTU wall ac that I had begun. Called in the late morning. The guys were at my home by 4, I had cool air by 5:30, all for a very reasonable price. Can't say enough about the service. I plan on using them for the HVAC in the other part of my house when the need arises.

High Tech Services were assigned to me through Serviz. They were God-sent considering I had rescheduled about 4 times through Serviz (not HTS fault, but Serviz) since they had no availability. Sam and Adel arrived on time and went straight to work. Within an hour and a half I had a working Central System again! They were both extremely friendly and got the job done. I felt bad because my house was so hot (and I had to had the windows closed because painters were working on the exterior). I've added them to my list of technicians and look forward to hiring them direct in the future.

I needed someone to repair my malfunctioning Mitsubishi mini-split AC units, and after searching near and far for someone with experience handling these types of units I found High Tech Services. Adel and his crew were timely (they even showed up early!) and courteous, and finished the job at the low end of the quote range they provided me. I was at the mercy of finding a reliable and legit repair company for my refrigerator. I came across High Tech Services and of course took the time to read the reviews as I just recently dealt with a bad company SoCal Tech in North Hollywood that was actually referred from LG company. I sent a request quote to High Tech Services and had in mind that I will get a response back the following day, Monday. Within about 15mins I got a response from Adel and provided their availability and my husband even called and spoke to him regarding our fridge issue. Adel was very knowledgeable and showed that he puts his customers first and he even made it sooner to have his technician come out and see what the issue was and see if it can be repaired. His tech came out first thing Monday morning and communicated quickly when I reached out for any other questions. I am glad I was able to have their service to check out the issue on my fridge. The tech was professional/gave his business card and honest about the repair and what costs would be vs. thinking of buying a new fridge. I'm still without a working fridge at the moment but relieved to know what exactly the problem is with my fridge. Also was very reasonable on cost and time to get a technician out to diagnose the problem. Thank you for your service and will definitely recommend Adel and his company to others!

If I could give Adel 10 stars I would. I'm not saying that everyone will have this experience, but I put a message out to him asking for an estimate and he wrote back saying he could swing by in 15 minutes. I couldn't believe it. I have been looking for an electrician for several months and then Abel took care of every electrical need in one day. I had many projects that needed to be taken care of over a period of time and he just took care of each job, it was a lot!! I had a very complicated electrical project that I had two other electricians here trying to figure out, and Adel solved it. Fixtures, a security camera, outdoor lighting, timers, broken indoor lighting, he did it all. I cannot recommend anyone higher! I will absolutely use Abel for all of my electrical needs. Thank you!!!!
