From the moment my conversations began on Yelp, looking for an electrician until completion of the job, the High Power team provided nothing short of phenomenal customer service! We had 4 ceiling fans installed in our home and I wish there were something else I could have them complete just to be able to use them again!
Zoraida's (office manager) level of customer service is top notch! Not to mention, very accommodating as they can provide services after 5PM. She keeps you informed the days leading up to your appointment and checks in the day of service. Jorge was my electrician and handled each fan with much care.

After talking to the head electrician, Tino I felt secure I had made the correct choice. Today, December 30th he came by and worked for 8 hours straight leaving behind a very happy customer. Tino and Jorge are great people. They've done a number of small jobs around my house including installing recessed lights in the kitchen, a floor plug in the living room and a cut-off switch for the generator. They are both honest and reliable. Highly recommend.

Let me tell you something about high power and Tino.. I checked the reviews from yelp and I had them send someone over for an estimate. They send Jorge and after four other quotes from other companies we choose high power not because they were the cheapest one, they were the highest. It was Jorge professionalism that sold us, he was very thorough explaining every detail and he even went inside the attic to take a look to see what needs to be done. They installed a new breaker and wire with a new receptacle for the stove. My house it's and old house so I had a 30A volt breaker and we bought a new stove that was not compatible with the voltage. Now it is and definitely I'll be contracting them in the future for other jobs that I need in the house and I personally will highly recommend high power... Thanks Tino and thank you Jorge.
