While High Power Electrical Services, Inc officially started in 2018, Tino has been a licensed electrician for over 20 years. Tino and Zoraida started this small family business, which is now expanding, and we look forward to assisting you with all your electrical needs.
Tino brings over 30 years of experience as a licensed and insured electrician. He has taught as an Electrical Instructor at a local technical college. Tino holds NCCER accreditation and will quickly troubleshoot and resolve your electrical problems. Don’t hesitate to reach out to him.

I hired High Power Electrical to install a breaker and outlet for charging an EV. We had a mixup at the beginning but, the customer service and professionalism of this company was great at resolving the issue. Eddie was a joy to deal with and great at tackling the installation. If I have any electrical needs in the future I'll be giving them a call.

I needed to have 2 fans installed at a client's home I was selling. I was on a deadline as I had a photographer already scheduled for Friday. High Power Electrical said they could do the job Thursday morning at 10:30. Thursday morning they called to let me know they wouldn't be able to do the job until Friday as they had someone call out sick. I explained to them that I had a photographer already scheduled for Friday so I really needed the job done (delaying the photographer wasn't an option as that would mean I wouldn't get the listing photos until the next week). They said the best they could do would be to send someone Friday morning. They had zero concern about whether or not I was available Friday morning or how that would affect me, my clients or other businesses. Eventually they said they would send two electricians so that they could get the job done in time. Having no other option, I was forced to cancel appointments with my clients and rearrange my schedule so that I could meet the electricians to let them in. On Friday the two electricians arrived relatively on time and did the job. I was a little concerned when I heard the one electrician tell the other ""electrician"" which wires he needed to use to connect a fan - this is pretty basic electrical work here. But the ceiling fans did work when they left so I guess he listened and connected the correct wires. Fast forward to Monday. HPE reached out to make sure I had received their invoice. (It had gone to my spam.) I was surprised when I opened it to see they were charging me $240 as my recollection was that they had said $120 (every other electrician I had contacted quoted me $120 for the job - $60/fan - seems to be the average in this area.) They never sent me an actual quote just a text with the pricing. They said that no, they had said $120 EACH. I checked the message and they had, in fact, said ""each"". My bad for missing that - but when you have 4 other quotes at $120 for the job (they unfortunately weren't available on Thursday) and the text says $120 it's an easy thing to miss. Also - when you're asked to quote a job of installing 2 fans... the natural assumption would be that the quote is for the whole job. They did say 120 each though - so, i told them I would pay it but that I was kind of shocked that they were charging double what everyone else was and that I certainly wouldn't use them in the future. They responded about how they went above and beyond for me. Um, no, showing up a day late and sending two guys so you can complete the job before a hard deadline isn't going above and beyond as a business owner - it's literally the bare minimum you could do. I'm a business owner. I understand that things can happen that are out of our control. But as a business owner we make that right. We acknowledge the stress and impact we've had on other's lives and their businesses and we do something to right the situation. We don't start saying, ""God Bless You!"" (As though being Christian somehow excuses someone from their lack of concern.) No, we hold ourselves accountable. They will respond and tell you that I'm just upset that I misread their pricing and allowed myself to get ripped off. It's simply not true. I am annoyed with myself for missing the word ""each"" in my haste. But I'm disgusted by their response to the situation. When I asked what they would have charged me if I hadn't shown and their electricians had. They refused to respond. Because they know they would have charged me. When I mentioned that one of their two guys didn't seem to know how to wire a fan - they didn't address that with shock and concern - they just said ""you can check our credentials"" and then blocked me. If it was my business, I would have taken it as a learning experience. I would have acknowledged how the ""quote"" could have been someone confusing and I would have taken something off. Of course, as a business owner, I would have already offered a discount when I didn't fulfill my initial obligation. For my client's inconvenience. For their stress. For their wasted time. But as HPE told me through their response - only their time is valued.

We needed light switches at two locations replaced. Within 24 hours we have them fixed with fast, reliable and friendly service! We will call Tino and his company for any further electrical work! You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I had a bunch of electrical needs after moving into our new home. I reached out to several companies on and off yelp. High Power was the most responsive, could come out the fastest to give me a quote and then had the best rate. It was an easy decision to choose them and I'm so glad I did.
We got 5-star service from the team that came out; they installed fan speed switches, added outlets, updated electrical to our summer kitchen, put up lights in a bedroom without any and even set up a ghost switch in our closet for a hard-to-reach light switch.
Extra stars - I had to cancel on the team on our scheduled appointment because I went into labor. When we finally rescheduled, they brought me a onesie for our little guy!

Hi! I hired them for the installation of a NEMA 14-50 outlet installed in garage (panel is in garage). I felt price was Faire, communication was fluid, They came the day they said they were and did the job in 2-3 hours. No additional charges received. Will definitely hire them again.
